Acro Yoga is a blend of acrobatics, yoga, and Thai massage. It's all about collaboration, communication, and laughter, allowing you to lift each other up—both figuratively and literally! In this playful practice, we'll explore partner-based postures, dynamic flows, and trust-building exercises.

We will guide you through the basics of Acro Yoga in a safe and supportive environment. No need to worry if you're a beginner; we'll start from scratch and progress at a pace that suits everyone in the class. You'll learn the foundations of basing, flying, and spotting, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and empowered throughout the journey through L-Basing, Standing Acro and more.
Maria and Flo have a combined 8+ years of Acro Yoga experience and trained with various teachers from Malta and Italy to Bali and Thailand.
