Today, you will visit Bunce Island, which was the largest British slave castle on the Rice Coast of West Africa. Founded around 1670, it exported tens of thousands of African captives to North America and the West Indies until the British Parliament finally closed it down in 1807 (4 hours 30-minute return boat ride plus tour). And later visit Tasso Island.

After breakfast, drive to Makeni for a city tour and continue to Rogbonko Village treat, visit the chief and pay homage. This is a typical village setting where you can take part in local activities like cooking, basket making etc. In the evening you will later return to Freetown for an overnight.

Early morning hiking to Rickette Village on the narrow path in the sparce forest and return for boat transfer to Kent beach where you will drive off to visit Freetown peninsula’s most spectacular beaches including Bureh Beach, where you will engage in surfing lessons and continues to the white sandy beaches for Picnic. Activities like beach volleyball, beach football, Canoe race etc. can be organized. You will have dinner in the boat powered by a karaoke competition amongst all present on the beach as burnfire night and storytelling will gather people round their fire.
