Wow what a trip! April was the MOST FANTASTIC tour organizer - I can't recommend her enough! She joined our trip and became a part of the team. Everything was so well organized, it went off without a hitch! Great bus company, great hotel, great food options, great excursions, all around great trip! Thank you so much!!!!!

Well organized. April was very helpful ensuring nobody was left out getting to all the events. She also was able to pivot and adjust the schedule for individual request such as time for the aquarium visit. The bus driver Norm was excellent .The individual lunches at North Shore Winter Club was perfectly executed and thoroughly enjoyed. The location of the Boston pizza lunch was perfect for drop off and attending the opening of the Invictus Games . The lunch at Boston Pizza unfortunatley was chaotic and individual dietary requirements not easily met. We enjoyed the trip to the aquarium. The hotel was very good Well located Nice rooms and swimming pool staff very helpful and the restaurant was way above our expectations

We loved our trip! April was an amazing leader, keeping everything running smoothly and on time. She was a really great fit with this group. Seemed to really enjoy getting to know the players! The hotel staff was top notch. Also taking the time to chat with the players and ask about their days events. The bus drivers were great as well. Learned alot just during the drives to the different venues. Can’t wait for the next one!!

The trip was very well organized and all events went off on time which is impressive given the size of the group. There were no issues that I am aware of with flights and dietary requirements were well handled from one venue to the next, which was complex for our group. April Hale was terrific throughout. She was friendly and calm when dealing with our group and with venues. She was a great host and she was open to our team players and organizing committee. She was like part of the family! It was a great trip!!

The trip of a lifetime. We had the best time, wouldn't change a thing. James did an unbelievable job putting everything together. I can only imagine the logistic nightmare of trying coordinate everything, no doubt countless and thankless hoops to jump through behind the scenes we'll never know about. And the chaperones in both countries couldn't have ben better either. They all became immediate friends we'll never forget. We travel a lot, to Europe on occasion, and it's never been this smooth.
