Verdura Resort International Pairs Event Sicily

The Verdura Resort International Pairs is an invitational amateur golf tournament held at the Verdura Resort in Sicily, Italy.
The tournament brings together talented golfers from around the world to compete in a two-day competition featuring rounds of stroke play and match play coupled with a few days of relaxation to enjoy the beautiful Sicilian scenery.
The courses are designed by prominent figures such as Kyle Phillips, who designed the famed 18th hole at Kingsbarns Golf Links near St Andrews, Scotland.
Players can enjoy pristine conditions and stunning scenery while competing for prizes.
Attracting competing amateurs from around the globe, the Verdura Resort International Pairs is a unique and exciting event that showcases the beauty of Italian golf culture.

Verdura Resort (East Course)
Verdura Resort (East Course)
The Verdura Resort East Course is one of the two championship golf courses located on the resort.
Designed by Kyle Phillips, this course presents beautiful landscapes and some of the most challenging holes in Sicily. With sweeping vistas of the Mediterranean Sea and lush rolling hills, this course offers a unique playing experience.
The signature hole is the par-3 fourth, which requires a carefully placed tee shot to avoid bunkers that rim the green.
Other highlights include an island green on the spectacular par-5 15th hole and a thrilling downhill finish with an intimidating carry over water on the 18th.
With its stunning scenery and thrilling layout, Verdura Resort East Course promises to deliver a memorable game for all levels of golfers.
Verdura Resort (West Course)
Verdura Resort (West Course)
The Verdura Resort West Course is the second championship golf course located on the resort.
This course is more forgiving than its eastern counterpart and offers a wide variety of holes for all types of players.
While the par-five 13th hole packs a punch with an intimidating tee shot over water, many of the other holes provide plenty of opportunities to make birdies. With its long fairways, large bunkers and generous greens, accuracy off the tee is essential to playing well here.
The signature par-five seventh requires precise placement off the tee to avoid treacherous bunkers framing both sides of the green.
With its championship layout and stunning Mediterranean views, Verdura Resort West Course is a pleasure to play at any time of year.
