Italian Water Polo Experience Camp - $2995 (airfare not included). This is an all‐inclusive camp for athletes looking to train with top European players and club teams over spring break. Transportation within Italy + food + lodging + pool time + private lessons + tourism activities as all included. The only additional money your athlete will need is for spending money on souvenirs and snacks while touring Italy.

We welcome any and all families that want to join our trip. We have a hotel room block in Rapallo next to the team hotel. If interested in one of those rooms please let your coaches know. Space is limited and rooms are first come first serve.

Arrive Genoa April 7th - evening

Training in Recco Area 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13

Bus to Pisa & Florence on 14

Training in Florence 14, 15

Depart Florence 16

Team Travel: we will be organizing team airfare for those that wish to travel as a group. Departing SFO April 6, returning April 16. Please connect with Coach Lacy to be included.

All campers will be chaperoned for their entire stay by the Water Polo Experience coaches

Athletes will arrive at GOA in the afternoon/evening and be transported to the camp hotel to check in for meet & greet the coaching staff

Coaches & Campers will head to a local pizza restaurant for dinner.

There may be delayed flights cause late arrivals, the Water Polo Experience staff will make sure all campers are received at the airport when their flight arrives, and are fed before getting to sleep.

Waterpolo Experience specializes in International Water Polo training trips, camps and Water Polo Academy in Barcelona. Founded by Steve Lacy (SF Water Polo) and Pere Estrany (Spanish National Team, CNB/Hanover), the Waterpolo Experience focuses on delivering the highest quality experience (competition, coaching, food, culture) for our athletes. Kids of all ages are welcome to train at our world class training facility Club Natacio Barcelona, which is also home to the brand new Water Polo Experience Academy (Gap Year/Semester abroad).

Definitely not what we were hoping for. Too much time was wasted at the start of the event with coaches hanging out on the wall. A clear game plan should have been discussed long before the start of the event. When I asked my son if they helped with his shot he said no. Definitely not worth the money and time spent in traffic.

I can't say enough good things about the water polo camp my son attended! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this camp was expertly organized and led by passionate coaches who truly care about the athletes.
