We had a wonderful time on this trip. Dubai is a sight to see. My only reservations about this trip was not being informed before we arrived of check-in procedures. After a 13 hour flight being cramped in a room with 50 other individuals discussing plans for the week was someone I didn’t like. We were promised a shuttle to the mall from our hotel while we wait on rooms to be available but the hotel stated they didn’t make those accommodation. I also would have loved more information on our dinner cruise. I wouldn’t plan that for future bookings. We were served French fries and frozen chicken sandwiches as an appetizer, which my table never received. It was 102 and the cruise was outdoors. Even on the water there wasn’t a breeze which made dinner really uncomfortable.

Rukia, thank you for your feedback! I was informed by the tour company that the catastrophic levels of traffic in the city when you landed (that turned a 10 minute drive into 1 hour), caused them to send large buses to the airport to pick up passengers instead of individual cars which would have resulted in even greater delay. This unfortunately is what in turn had 50+ arriving at the same time for check-in. I was on the phone with the company at 3am US time asking what was going on when I learned of this. Since your lead traveler was wonderfully diligent in planning this trip well over 1 year out, that is when the information of the hotel shuttle to the mall was shared on the proposal - fast forward to more than 1 year later and the service was no longer, I apologize for that change. Thank you for the notes on the cruise cuisine I will definitely reach out about that, and I understand the Dubai weather can be warm. I hope overall you were able to make some great memories, thanks again.
