I enjoyed the trip overall. The staff was great but the food was not so great. There was a hiccup with my room accommodations. I contacted TwinKonnections LLC and Kamita immediately jumped into action. She made sure the resort’s management team corrected the issue right away. The resort’s management team even made a comment to me about Kamita’s professionalism. Thanks again Kamita!

Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Very relaxing & calming. I adored the closeness & walkability from the hotel through the novelty shops, restaurants & night life. The people were wonderful. Exchange your dollars to pesos before coming. It helps the local economy flourish & continue to keep it thriving.
