Stargazing, mountains, yoga… OH MY! 

A TYPICAL DAY ON RETREAT IN JOSHUA TREE: 

8am Awaken tp the soft light of the desert sun…making your way to morning slow flow/vinyasa practice to nourish and fuel the body.

9:15 am Breakfast is served by our private chef, with local farm to table ingredients and always healthy.

10am After breakfast, choose to join for a hike, explore the local town (tons of great thrift stores and coffee shops!) or just relax by the pool and chill…

1pm Next up: fresh and zesty lunch followed by a sound bath or ceremony

5pm The afternoon practice will include meditation and restorative or Yin yoga 

6:30pm We will enjoy a beautiful dinner with laughter and sharing stories followed by a bonfire or stargazing….

All deposits and payments are non-refundable (unless you find a replacement, in which case the payment will be refunded less the first $500) Unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid will be refunded. Notification of cancellation will occur at least 2 months prior to retreat start date.
