About this trip
The Journey on Podcast Summit is a 3-day event that hosts former podcasts guests as they share powerful 20-minute presentations, participate in Discussion Panels, and mingle with Summit attendees.
The Summit will be held from August 2-4, 2024 at the Cresent Theatre, UK B16 8AE

Hotel Information
The Host Hotel is the Leonardo Royal Hotel, 245 Broad Street, Birmingham, B1 2HQ
After May 1, 2024 please book yourself at the host hotel or another in the area.
Refund information
Refunds are as follows (no exceptions):
$150 non refundable deposit - this ensures that if you cancel, we can cover our commitments, administrative fees, etc.
Before April 1st - 100% of balance paid (excluding the $150 non-refundable deposit)
After April 1st - May 15th - 50% of balance paid (excluding the $150 non-refundable deposit)
After May 15th - Non-refundable
Please know that if we have a healthy waiting list, we MAY consider refunds beyond these dates. However, if you cancel your ticket after June 1st and you have committed to a hotel - we will be using your money to pay the hotel.
