This selection is for Women's Sacred Roots only starting at our hotel lobby at 4pm and completing at the Athens airport or the port. We will join a public tour group to travel to Delphi first and then jump in our own tour bus from that point forward and head to the Peloponnese region where we will stay at Sparta Gaia Guesthouse, owned by one of your guides, Dimitra. It is a UNESCO historical landmark and has been carefully restored and authentically decorated by Dimitra. It is equipped with the modern conveniences of wifi and a/c and of course, good plumbing and fresh, drinkable water! Please see the website for detailed itinerary information.
Double occupancy included - You will either room with someone of your choice or we will match you with a roommate. You are also welcome to self match once you meet one another on our pre-trip zoom meetings. (single occupancy upgrade is available in add-on section)
Sparta Gaia Guesthouse- Rooms vary in location (upstairs or downstairs), size, whether the bathroom is private or shared with one other room or there is a kitchenette (the main kitchen is avaialable to everyone). We will do our best to accommodate everyone's desires and needs but it is not guaranteed.
Ground transportation -Transportation from the airport in Athens is NOT included due to varying times of arrival and departure. I will, however offer guidance and do my best to match you up for taxi shares with one another.
Deposit is non-refundable after January 31st.
Travel Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to safeguard againt financial loss in the case of cancellation after the stated cancellation date. It is your choice whether to include the cost of your airline tickets in your policy.

International Eressos Women's Festival
September 5th - 15th (10 nights)
1 night ferry, 9 nights Aolean Village Resort (all double occupancy unless upgraded)
This option if for those wanting to experience the first half of the 25th anniversary of the International Eressos Women's Festival only (no Sacred Roots). It includes the ferry ride to Lesvos Island, transportation to the festival, including an all day village hopping tour along the way. This includes the quaint ceramic village of Agiasos and the other two most visited villages, Petra and Molyvos. We will stop to see the flamingos in their natural habitat along the way. The day after arrival on Lesvos, you are invited to a walking day trip to the neighboring village of Mesotopos, a seaside lunch and swim and a visit to the lesbian owned Amazones Eco-land. The festival begins that night! Please see the festival website for all the exciting details!

This option if for those wanting to experience the ENTIRE 25th anniversary of the International Eressos Women's Festival only (no Saced Roots). It includes the ferry ride to Lesvos Island, transportation to the festival, including an all day village hopping tour along the way. International Eressos Women's Festival
Womens Sacred Roots + 2 day trips + 1/2 of Festival
August 27th - September 15th (19 nights-all double occupancy unless upgraded)
This trip is designed for women that want to enjoy the sacred & archeological aspects on the mainland of Greece PLUS explore the isle of Lesvos and half of the International Eressos Women's Festival. This option is for those that can not spend the entire time away from home but want to experience both parts of this adventure.
We begin at the hotel in Athens and continue on to Delphi and then over to the Peloponesse region. Then, off to the ferry to Lesvos Island. This option includes not only transportation to the festival, but an all day village hopping tour along the way. We will visit the quaint ceramic village of Agiasos and the other two most visited villages, Petra and Molyvos. We will stop to see the flamingos in their natural habitat along the way. This trip is designed for women that want to enjoy the sacred, somatic & archeological aspects of our trip PLUS explore the isle of Lesvos and ALL of the International Eressos Women's Festival.

Available options
Nine nights in single accommodations in both hotels & in a private home within a five minute walk to Sparta Gaia. Although you will have a private bedroom, the home will be shared with others in our group.
9 nights with single accommodations at Aolean Village resort and a single cabin on the ferry. Please note that this is the only four star resort in Skala Eressos and is located just outside the village (an easy 15 minute walk). Rooms are located all around on this big property. There is no guarantee whether you will have an inland or pool view room or whether you will be near the lobby. It is possible there may be an option for an upgrade but there is no guarantee. I will let you know if or when this option is available.
15 nights with single accommodations at Aolean Village resort and a single cabin on the ferry. Sparta Gaia Guesthouse- Nine nights in single accommodations in both hotels in Athens and Xylocastro & in a private home within a five minute walk to Sparta Gaia in the Peloponnes. Although, while in this region you will have a private bedroom, the home will be shared with others in our group.
Aolean Village Resort-Rooms are located all around on this big property. There is no guarantee whether you will have an inland or pool view room or whether you will be near the lobby. It is possible there may be an option for an upgrade but I just can't promise. I will let you know if or when this option is available.
