About this trip

A Retreat to Empower, Inspire, and Support Women in Midlife Transitions

Join us for a 4 night immersive retreat designed to support women as they navigate life’s changes. Hidden Leaf Baja, nestled in the serene landscapes of Baja California, provides the ideal setting for reflection, renewal, and personal empowerment. This retreat offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself and embrace your next chapter with clarity and confidence.

Retreat Highlights:

  • Self-Growth & Empowerment Workshops: Rediscover your identity beyond traditional roles.
  • Guided Journey Hike: A symbolic hike to explore personal growth and wellness.
  • Temazcal Ceremony: Participate in a traditional sweat lodge for healing and renewal.
  • Creative Expression: Engage in art and journaling activities to integrate your experiences.
  • Community & Connection: Build lasting relationships with like-minded women.

A Path To Wholeness

Healing, in its truest form, transcends the mere alleviation of physical symptoms or the quelling of mental anguish. It delves deeper, guiding us toward a journey that embodies wholeness, balance, and inner peace. This journey is not a straight path; rather, it leads us through unseen realms, where the invisible wounds that hinder our well-being are tended to and ultimately healed.

At its essence, spiritual healing is about recognizing and releasing the burdens our souls carry—burdens such as unresolved traumas, deep-seated fears, and long-held grudges. These silent echoes of our past shape our present realities, often without our conscious awareness. To heal spiritually is to acknowledge these echoes, listen to the wisdom they hold, and gently let them go. This process involves forgiving oneself and others, finding compassion where there was once pain, and cultivating love where fear once resided.

Hidden Leaf Baja
Hidden Leaf Baja is a space for connection to self, to receive healing and wellness, and share in community. The evolution of Hidden Leaf Baja has been birthed as a sanctuary to gather, retreat and connect. We share two acres with the cardón cactus, xantus's hummingbird, yucca, the arid sand, guests, our community and wellness practitioners. Surrounded by this setting we are guided to create a space for people to appreciate the environment, bond with themselves and others, and welcome a sense of serenity in gratitude and healing.
