Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking: A non-refundable deposit of $199 per person is required to reserve a space on a tour. The deposit amount is due immediately to ensure your space/reservation. The final payment is due on February 10, 2025. To secure your reservation, timely installment payments must be made until the final payment due date. Failure to make a timely installment payment may result in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your trip reservation.
If you are traveling with a roommate, please be aware that you will be responsible for the additional cost for Single Occupancy in the event of cancellation and if another roommate cannot be found. JW Trips™ will not be responsible for finding another traveler as a roommate.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Trip Interruptions: Due to the nature of group travel and contracting with service providers, deposits cannot be refunded. Unused hotel accommodations or unused features or segments of the purchased tour are not refundable or exchangeable for other services. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price and will require a separate purchase.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE, FEES, & SCHEDULE: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately using the link: www.jwtrips.com/cancellation2025. Cancellation fees will be applied per person according to the following schedule and are based on the date you complete the cancellation form. (Phone, text, or email cancellations are not accepted.)

- 91 days or more: Fee is $100 per person
- 90 to 61 days prior to departure: 25% of the trip price
- 60 to 46 days prior to departure: 50% of the trip price
- 45-0 days prior to departure: 100% of the trip price

Itinerary
You can arrive by air or land at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey (EWR) (Flight not included). A shuttle will take you to your hotel near the airport, where your JW Trips guides will await you. Your hotel room will be available at check-in time: 3:00 p.m.
We will stay here for two nights and then at a hotel near U.S. Bethel facilities for the next two nights.
