No WE MOVE retreat would be complete without a daily dose of movement (or two). Expect to kick off each morning and afternoon with our signature We Move class styles. We’ll raise that heart-rate and burn from head-to-toe with a Pilates-Barre workout, before bringing it back to the breath with a nurturing Yoga practice. Together we move, we flow, we release.
