We had an amazing experience in Galapagos. The guides, food and the whole experience of getting to know the places was amazing. Definitely thinking of going back!

The day started off hectic. We were told to get to the shop by 7:30.  When we arrived they told us we were suppose to be there by 7:00 and at the boat at 7:30.  
Secondly at lunch, we were served fish.  2 of our 3 people do not eat fish.  We were told that we should have ordered the chicken, but we were never given that option.
When it came to the actual trip around the island, it  was amazing.  The captain was great.  He made detours and was personable.  The people on the boat did every thing to make it comfortable and easy for all of us.  They were helpful, kind and supportive.  
The tour guide was just ok.  I do not feel like she kept a watchful eye on all the guests.  At one point two of our group became entangled with another group and ended up swimming the opposite direction.  When we jumped in at kicker rock she just swam on without checking to see if we all were accounted for.  She took good pictures, but was not descriptive of anything we were seeing.  
I would definitely do this again.

I had a great time in Isabela, thanks to Giancarlo! He helped me organize the ferry tickets from and to Santa Cruz, as well as the tours to Los Tuneles and Sierra Negra Volcano, and all went smoothly.
The prices were also very reasonable and market valued (I've received a wide range of quotes varying up to 300%), so extra points to the company for its honesty.

Enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide Eduardo, was great. Exciting and bumpy boat ride along southern Isabela. Amazing manta ray sightings and plentiful turtles. Snorkelling sites were contrasting. Lava walking tour interesting.

Todos os passeios foram no horário combinado e as empresas responsáveis pelos tours foram boas. Alguns passeios forneceram lanches e fotos como combinado. Apenas o tour 360⁰ foi um pouco cansativo, muito tempo navegando e bonita menos animais que em Los Tuneles, o melhor passeio.

TOUR TUNELES REF: NEVENA STAJCIC X2

A very well organized trip! We got everything as promised logistics-wise and the snorkeling sessions were amazing with a lot of marine life; sea turtles, black and white tip reef sharks, sea horses, multiple different kinds of fish, sea lions etc. Highly recommend!

The guide was very nice and he was speaking fluent english; the Volcan is nice but there are other Tours in Isabela which are more special; there aren’t many birds or animals to see…

Gabriela (I hope that is her name!!!) was incredible and so supportive. I did the Cabo Rosa Isla Snorkelling tour. One of the many highlights of my trip. She also helped me with hotel on Isabela as well as getting on and off the island. My taxi driver from Puerto Ayora was also amazing. He took me all the way to the bus to the airport.
I highly suggest that anyone coming to the Galapagos, definitely check out Isabela Isle and to use Galapagos Native Tour Operator as a planner
20/10 would recommend!

Our trip to Galapagos was amazing and we had our activities/transfers well organized by Gabriela and Galapagos Native. We especially recommend North Seymour trip! I took one star off because our last trip to Santa Fe didn't turn out as  in the description, it wasn't GN responsibility but nevertheless we weren't properly informed, and we didn't like the "surprise".

We had a great time! I travelled with 15 more people (family and firends) and Native helped all the step of the way. It was a wonderful tour, the best I have ever done in Galapagos Islands. Really recommended!

SIERRA NEGRA VOLCANO X1

Very scenic and the scenery changes along the hike. If you’re not reasonably fit, it’s not for you. It is about 9 miles or 10 if you do the last part. There is a significant amount of uphill. You are given a choice to skip the last part where you hike further down to see what you can already see but much closer. The return trip on that section is all uphill so we elected not to do it and yet still feel pretty good about our hike and thoroughly enjoyed it. There’s a Spanish and an English speaking guide. I definitely think this is something you should put on your to do list as it gives a truly different experience to the rest of the Galapagos. This company was well organized. The group was large which can be both annoying and nice if you’re looking to socialize a bit on the trail. 

We had a wonderful time. Our guide was outstanding. We still talk about him two weeks later. He was very kind to our family and went above and beyond to find wildlife for us to see in the water amazing tour. Thank you!

Snorkeling en Tuneles x 4

We had a great time in Isabela island. Everything related tours, excursions, wildlife, landscape, the village, the beach was absolutely lovely. Can't say the same thing about our stay since the hotel staffing was not up to our expectations in terms of service and attention. 1st night the TV and the blackout in one of our rooms was broken. No chance to change room. The breakfast was poor and once they run out of meals or drinks during the buffet service they didn't refill/replace the items. Plus some staffing were impolite and unwilling to give an extra mile.

Great tour in general, easy hike with lots to see and lots of information about the volcano (how it was formed, lava structures and so on..).
Lunch however is just a snack with one small bread, an apple and some biscuits, so bring some food if you need some more when hiking (16km).

JESSICA X2 - HIKING TO SIERRA NEGRA VOLCANO

Picked up at hotel for a 45 minute bus ride. Comfortable accomodation in the 'yacht' for the 2 plus hour boat ride to Bartolome Island from the Santa Cruz/ Baltra area port. 
Expect a long ride on board. Our boat had bathrooms, on board chef and multiple crew. The captain was very nice! 
Our guide James spoke both Spanish and English. 
We passed Daphne Island on the way. 
It is a HOT hike ith 0 shade. Put on sunscreens carry a water bottle. There is a canteen onboard. 
It is a wet landing on the beach. 
On Bartolome snorkleing there are possibilities of seeing Sharks, Star Fish, Fish, penguins, Eel, dolphins and more. 
Lunch is prepared post hike and snorkleing. 
Definitely worth the cost!!!!


PINZON AND BARTOLOME TOUR - JESSICA SPARKMANx2

The ferry was absolutely horrendous. Please note: this is not a ferry but a boat that seats approximately 20 people on benches. People at the back of the boat got completely soaked (the tarp leaked). The gaskets that we’re on the hatches inside the boat leaked - people sitting under the hatches got soaked as well. We would NEVER get one one of these again. On arrival to Santa Cruz we went directly to the Emetebe office and booked a flight. Your companies should make it very clear that these are boats and not ferries. Out of the 20 rookie six for very sick - the ride is CHOPPY!!

This trip was a great alternative to the expensive cruises.  If you are looking for a budget friendly trip to see all that Galapagos has to offer, this is an excellent choice. Our guides knew the area and reliably picked us up and dropped us off every day. I would highly recommend.

We had wonderful time with Galapagos Native. We  participated two tours: BARTOLOME ISLAND TOUR and  SEYMOUR NORTH ISLAND TOUR, both are well organized and worth of time/money. The tour guides are very knowledgeable about the nature and history of these islands, they took good care of the participants. The lunches were wonderful and very tasty. Snorkeling at the beaches of these two islands were amazing experiences, we truly enjoyed them. I just wished we could spend a little bit more time on Seymour North Island to watch those wild animals.
