We are so excited to be teaming back up to offer you a container for personal growth, Katonah Yoga theory + practice, and community. We want this 10 hour experience to be a total staycation with ample opportunity to dive deep into yourself through journaling prompts, mediation techniques, and intention setting exercises. Expect deep and juicy Katonah yoga practices with meditation and pranayama each day as well as discussion, sharing and theory.

If you can't make some or any of th live sessions, no worries! After each session, the recording will be shared with the group for you to reference and revisit as much as you want.
