This luxurious journey begins in the historic heart of Rome, where we will spend 3 nights / 4 days exploring the iconic landmarks and city's rich cultural heritage. We will tee off at the 2023 host Ryder Cup course, Marco Simone Country Club and the oldest course in Italy, Acquasanta Golf Club. 

After perfecting your swing on Rome's prestigious courses, we will fly to Sicily, known for its stunning landscapes and vibrant culture. The next four nights, will continue at a luxurious resort, a Rocco Forte hotel, where we will play both on-property courses surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea. We will immerse ourselves in local culture, with a private cooking classes that showcase authentic Italian cuisine. This Italian golf experience promises a perfect fusion of sport, relaxation, and exploration, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Villa Agrippina Grand Melia Hotel - Rome (3 nights)

Steps from Rome’s main artistic hangouts, this exclusive temple of luxury and relaxation blends in perfectly with its surroundings. Wander through the narrow streets of Rome, where culture and history are at every corner. A charming 5-star hotel features outdoor pool, luxury rooms, spa/wellness center, an exquisite design and is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with stunning panoramic views of Rome in a relaxing atmosphere.

Rocco Forte Verdura Golf Resort - Sicily (4 nights)

Nestled on the coastline of the Mediterranean Sea, the 5 star resort offers all the amenities and golf perfect for a few nights in the authentic Italian city of Sicily. This award winning resort includes sea side rooms with private balcony, stone bathtubs, walk-in showers, Rocco Forte slippers and bathrobe, full-service wellness spa, fitness classes, and two top rated golf courses. 

Roma Acquasanta Golf Club - the oldest golf club in Italy, celebrating 120 years. The historic course is very enjoyable to play and walkable. Setting in the countryside of Rome, the clubhouse is an Italian villa. To the right of hole 1, there are ancient buildings of the Acquasanta thermal baths built in the 15th century by Pope Paul V. 

Marco Simone Golf & Country Club - play the course that hosted the 2023 Ryder Cup. Set in the Roman countryside outside of Rome, capturing lush green fairways, rolling hills, and stunning landscape makes Marco Simone a golfer's paradise. Originally a 14th century castle rich in history is now the private residence of fashion designer Lavinia Biagiotti Cigna, who owns and runs the golf club. Biagiotti Cigna's parents bought the castle in 1978, year she was born, and built the on property golf course.

Verdura Resort Golf Course (2 rounds of golf) - championship Sicilian links and home to the European Tour’s Rocco Forte Sicilian Open, the east and west courses are built on spectacular playing fairways and greens, with amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea, challenges for all levels, upgraded GPS-enabled golf carts, and full-service ProShop. The West Course, a previous host to the Sicilian and European tour events, and the East Course, has been acknowledged by Today’s Golfer as the best course in Italy.

While the purchase of travel insurance is not mandatory, Women’s Golf & Travel requires a signed travel insurance waiver to be submitted prior to departure. By choosing to travel without adequate travel insurance coverage, you agree that Women’s Golf & Travel is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses that could otherwise have been covered under a travel insurance policy.

All tour features and components that are unused or partially used are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for any absence from all or any portion of the tour once it has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, missed meals, golf outings, sightseeing excursions, transportation, or any other activities included in the tour itinerary.
DOMESTIC – CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the departure date: The package cost, less the non-refundable deposit and any non-refundable vendor deposits, will be refunded.
• Cancellations made 31–59 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the total package cost, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.
• Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the departure date: No refund will be provided.
• Private Groups: For private group tours, any individual cancellation will impact the overall group pricing. In the event of a cancellation, it is the sole responsibility of the individual canceling to secure a replacement participant to avoid additional shared costs. Women’s Golf & Travel is not responsible for finding a replacement. If no replacement is secured, any additional costs resulting from the cancellation will be divided among and borne collectively by the remaining group members.

INTERNATIONAL – CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the departure date: The package cost, less the non-refundable deposit and any non-refundable vendor deposits, will be refunded.
• Cancellations made 61–89 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the total package cost, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.
• Cancellations made 90 days or less prior to the departure date: No refund will be provided.
• Private Groups: For private group tours, any individual cancellation will impact the overall group pricing. In the event of a cancellation, it is the sole responsibility of the individual canceling to secure a replacement participant to avoid additional shared costs. Women’s Golf & Travel is not responsible for finding a replacement. If no replacement is secured, any additional costs resulting from the cancellation will be divided among and borne collectively by the remaining group members.

TOURNAMENTS / SPECIAL EVENTS (i.e. SOLHEIM CUP) Tournaments and special events require additional deposits and stricter terms and conditions. Due to the nature of these events and the policies imposed by vendors and tickets purchased, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
