About LOVE AND ALL IS COMING - Embodied Practice
300 HOUR ADVANCED TEACHER TRAINING
The Love And All Is Coming Embodied Practice 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training (LAAIC EP) is an invitation to delve into the heart, focus the mind and, through sincere understanding, embody the practice.
Led in person by LAAIC founder Talia Sutra, the training is rigorous, challenging and comprehensive. LAAIC EP integrates classical āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra, chanting, meditation, Advaita Vedānta and Yoga philosophy as well as foundational scriptural study as pillars to a life led by a deep desire for mokṣa- freedom from Self ignorance.
This is the video recording of the Informative Session with Talia: LAAIC 300-hr Embodied Practice Advanced Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, 2025, where you can watch her presentation detailing information about the training, the faculty, the venue, and more!

What are the Requirements?
The LAAIC Teacher Training programs are challenging mentally, emotionally, energetically and physically. They are not retreats or holidays. There are ten hours daily of classes and all classes must be attended on time, while following LAAIC's Code of Conduct.
Therefore: the most important requirement is the complete acknowledgment, acceptance and personal responsibility to meet, face and work with the challenge as it reveals itself. Some sort of challenge will probably arise! This is not only normal, it is an important part of the process of sādhana. It is a sign that the purifying power of the practice is taking place and that normally unconscious patterns are being made conscious and therefore met with total acceptance, compassion and understanding before being dissolved.
The second most important requirement is an earnest faith in the process of practice and a foundation of working trust and respect for LAAIC as a school and all its teachers. It is recommended that all applicants have some experience with LAAIC instruction, such as attending classes or workshops with Talia Sutra in person or online at Taliasutra.com.
There are no physical requirements to attend. You do not need to be physically flexible to join. What is required is the will to learn and the ability to be present even through challenging moments.
There is no requirement for trainees to teach post graduation. Many people join for personal inner growth. But in order to receive a certificate, all trainees are required to participate in the Practice Teach portions of the Training.
What does LAAIC EP include?
This 90 minute class is suitable for intermediate students. It is a sattva based hybrid of the Ghosh lineage and the aṣṭāṅga vinyasa system. LAAIC classes provide strong, crystal-clear verbal cues with an emphasis on cultivating inner stillness and conscious intelligence using bandha, gaze and breath awareness as keys. Another trademark of a LAAIC class is the methodical activation of the spine in all five directions: forward, back, lateral, twist and flexion. The class includes mantra, prāṇāyāma and deep relaxation in śavāsana.
