About LOVE AND ALL IS COMING - Embodied Practice

300 HOUR ADVANCED TEACHER TRAINING

The Love And All Is Coming Embodied Practice 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training (LAAIC EP) is an invitation to delve into the heart, focus the mind and, through sincere understanding, embody the practice.

Led in person by LAAIC founder Talia Sutra, the training is rigorous, challenging and comprehensive. LAAIC EP integrates classical āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra, chanting, meditation, Advaita Vedānta and Yoga philosophy as well as foundational scriptural study as pillars to a life led by a deep desire for mokṣa- freedom from Self ignorance.

This is the video recording of the Informative Session with Talia: LAAIC 300-hr Embodied Practice Advanced Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, 2025, where you can watch her presentation detailing information about the training, the faculty, the venue, and more!

What are the Requirements?

The LAAIC Teacher Training programs are challenging mentally, emotionally, energetically and physically. They are not retreats or holidays. There are ten hours daily of classes and all classes must be attended on time, while following LAAIC's Code of Conduct.

Therefore: the most important requirement is the complete acknowledgment, acceptance and personal responsibility to meet, face and work with the challenge as it reveals itself. Some sort of challenge will probably arise! This is not only normal, it is an important part of the process of sādhana.  It is a sign that the purifying power of the practice is taking place and that normally unconscious patterns are being made conscious and therefore met with total acceptance, compassion and understanding before being dissolved.

The second most important requirement is an earnest faith in the process of practice and a foundation of working trust and respect for LAAIC as a school and all its teachers. It is recommended that all applicants have some experience with LAAIC instruction, such as attending classes or workshops with Talia Sutra in person or online at Taliasutra.com.

There are no physical requirements to attend. You do not need to be physically flexible to join. What is required is the will to learn and the ability to be present even through challenging moments.

There is no requirement for trainees to teach post graduation. Many people join for personal inner growth. But in order to receive a certificate, all trainees are required to participate in the Practice Teach portions of the Training.

What does LAAIC EP include?

  • Haṭha Yoga: Daily immersive 2 hour āsana sādhana (practice) as well as daily Posture Clinic sessions which break down āsana from the LAAIC EP Sequence and beyond. Learn to practice and guide others in bandha, mudrā, dṛṣṭi and kriya as well as prāṇāyāma– breathing techniques. PLEASE Note: Haṭha Yoga is not a style of āsana. Haṭha can be translated as effort and is in fact the umbrella term used to describe PHYSICAL YOGA- containing all the physical practices of yoga mentioned above. The haṭha yoga practices at LAAIC are vigorous, vinyasa based, well rounded and include all of the above.

  • Learn to lead the Embodied Practice Intermediate Class by Talia Sutra, founder of LAAIC:

This 90 minute class is suitable for intermediate students. It is a sattva based hybrid of the Ghosh lineage and the aṣṭāṅga vinyasa system. LAAIC classes provide strong, crystal-clear verbal cues with an emphasis on cultivating inner stillness and conscious intelligence using bandha, gaze and breath awareness as keys. Another trademark of a LAAIC class is the methodical activation of the spine in all five directions: forward, back, lateral, twist and flexion. The class includes mantra, prāṇāyāma and deep relaxation in śavāsana.

  • Teaching feedback from Talia and LAAIC Mentors and practice teach daily.

The school is built upon the eternal teachings of Sanātana Dharma with ahiṃsā (non-harm) acting as a definitive and guiding corner stone. LAAIC offers teachings from their source in a simple, rational and useful manner and with an emphasis on inner stillness. The school follows the non-dual philosophy of Advaita Vedānta: a recognition of the One in all.

Reviews

I recently completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Talia Sutra at LAAIC School, and it exceeded all my expectations. This program is the perfect place to learn authentic, traditional yoga. The value it provided is beyond words—I truly believe I couldn’t have chosen a better path. Talia is the embodiment of a true yogi. She explains everything with clarity and profound depth, covering not only philosophy and the devotional aspects of yoga but so much more. The curriculum is incredibly well-rounded, offering a balance of theory and practice. From the second or third day, there was a strong emphasis on the practical side of teaching. Unlike many programs where trainees don’t feel ready to teach afterward, this training gives confidence and skills to step into a teaching role immediately. Beyond yoga, it also taught me focus and discipline. Talia, I am forever grateful to have been a part of this transformative journey with you.

I was blessed to attend the 200 hr TT in Puglia with Talia, and it’s hard to put into words what a gift this training was. Everything went above and beyond any expectations or hopes that I had. It was clear from day 1 that Talia is committed to providing the most comprehensive training available. From her beautiful and thorough Text Book, to the qualified and masterful Teachers that she aligns herself with for the Anatomy, Philosophy, and Ayurvedic portions of the training, we were provided with the truest and most traditional teachings. She truly honors and acknowledges the roots of Yoga, and ensures that her students leave with a deep understanding and respect for the history behind Yoga as we know it today. She is wise, and patient, and kind— and her team members (Flor and Giulia, as well as her behind-the-scenes team) embody these same traits, and provide support and love in all of their interactions with the students. LAAIC truly leads with Love and integrity to run a professional, life-changing training program. I feel so blessed to have trained under these remarkable Teachers. What a beautiful community to be a part of.
