I’m hosting an intimate group of women at Blue Star Retreat in Kalispell, Montana. Our days will be a blend of adventure, rest, free time, mindfulness and yoga practices, delicious meals, and more.

Glacier National Park, also know as the Crown of the Continent, is showcase of melting glaciers, alpine meadows, carved valleys, and spectacular lakes. With over 700 miles of trails, Glacier is a paradise for adventurous visitors seeking wilderness steeped in human history.
We will also adventure and enjoy the surrounding communities of Kalispell and Whitefish - vibrant mountain towns that welcome you to breathe deeply and live with intention, all while soaking up our storybook-like community and jaw-dropping views.
Deep Tissue:
Firmer pressure and deeper work to relieve chronic muscle pain and tension, reduces
inflammation, breaks up scar tissue and decreases stress in the body. Some Swedish massage
techniques and acupressure may be woven in depending on the client.
Relaxation Massage:
Long fluid strokes and Swedish massage techniques are blended to bring the body into balance
and harmony. This massage will Increase circulation, release stress or tension in the body, and leave you calm and centered.
