Visit the Village of Lights at Christmastown in Leavenworth, Washington for fun, food, and festive cheer! This amazing winter excursion is sure to kick start your holiday cheer with all of the holiday trappings including: a walking tour of Christmastown to orient yourself, accommodations in the Bavarian Lodge, a visit to the Nutcracker Museum, a horse-drawn sleigh ride (snow dependent), warming gluhwein, winter views of Snoqualmie Falls, and some free shopping time in downtown Leavenworth. Itinerary

Day 1 – Tues., Dec. 3
Arrival in Leavenworth

The luxury motor coach will head north toward Leavenworth after stops in Salem, Woodburn, and Tualatin. We will stop along the way for lunch before arriving in Leavenworth and checking into the perfectly situated Bavarian Lodge. Once settled in, we will head out to dinner in the town center and the rest of the evening is yours to explore the surroundings. (L, D)

We enjoyed the trip very much. The WAAAM museum was awesome and the timing was great to be there on a day that they were offering car and plane rides. Meal selections were wonderful and accommodations excellent. There were plenty of options to appeal to everyone on the trip. Many thanks to guides Tom and Joan.

I had a wonderful time, great ppl, great tour guides. Requested ADA accommodations not so great in Hood River, but excellent at Skamania Lodge.

Wonderful Wallowas, great train and tram ride, restaurants and lodging were good, performers at Bavarian Alpenfest were sensational! Tom was very good at improvising when certain places were closed, he was very patient. Please do trip again next year,thank you

It was pretty good. Chris was terrific, as always. The Motel in Joseph was OK but not great. No extra t.p. No one in the office for helping. The other motels were fine, but we kept getting put on the second floor, even though we requested the ground floor. Harder for old people to walk up stairs. The museums were all fine. Wallowa Lake Tram was fantastic!
