Historical City Tour - Panoramic visit to the beaches, viewpoint of Lagoa da Jansen, stop at Ceprama to explore typical Maranhão handicrafts, followed by a walking tour starting at Praça Dom Pedro II, Palácio dos Leões, and the former House of Chamber and Jail, Sé Church, Benedito Leite Square, Portugal Street, home to the arts and Casa do Maranhão, Maranhão Music School, João do Vale Theater (external view), Municipal Chamber (external view), and Casa do Maranhão.

Morning: 

After breakfast, we will depart for Barreirinhas on a regular transfer (private car option available upon request) shared via land (260 km in approximately 4 hours, on asphalt road). We will make a stop for a regional breakfast or snack (not included) in the city of Morros. Upon arrival, check-in and accommodation.

Afternoon: 

At 2:00 PM, we will depart for a 4x4 vehicle tour (type of jardineira) to the Grand Lençóis and visit the best lagoons of the season. It will be chosen one of the most visited lagoon circuits to explore: it could be Lagoa Azul Circuit (Includes: Lagoa Azul, dos Peixes, da Preguiça, da Esmeralda, and da Paz) or Lagoa Bonita Circuit (Includes: Lagoa Bonita, do Clone, Maçarico, and surrounding lagoons). All lagoons are known for their unique colors and shapes.

Evening: 

After a long day visiting the lagoons we will head back to Barreirinhas to rest for the next day.

Morning: 

In the morning after breakfast, we will embark on a regular 4x4 jardineira to Atins, crossing the Preguiças River and continuing along sandy trails to reach the lagoons in the region.

Afternoon: 

We will have a break for swimming in the lagoon, a walk on the dunes, and then proceed to Canto do Atins where we can enjoy the famous local shrimp (not included). After lunch, we will take a tour of the beaches. 

Evening: 

Return to Barreirinhas by the end of the day.

Morning: 

Around 8:30 in the morning, we will have a brief training session on quad bikes before starting the tour. Following the training, we will proceed with an experienced local guide on dirt and gravel roads until we reach the Small Lençóis, passing through dunes and lagoon formations with stops for swimming. 

Afternoon: 

We will also ride along Caburé Beach until we reach the restaurants where there will be a break for swimming and lunch (not included). After some rest, we will return to Barreirinhas, arriving around 4:00 PM.

Evening: 

Feel free to enjoy the city or rest for your last tour.

Morning: 

In the morning, we will depart on a regular speedboat tour along the Preguiças River towards the Caburé peninsula situated between the Preguiças River and the Atlantic Ocean. Along the way, we will pass through vegetation consisting of palm trees and mangroves on its banks. Our first stop is at Vassouras (Small Lençóis). There, we can taste the local coconut water and have the opportunity to see the capuchin monkeys that inhabit the mangrove next to the beach.We will continue upstream to the village of Mandacaru where the Preguiças Lighthouse is located. We will climb the lighthouse from where we can have a privileged view of the region, seeing the dunes, the river, its mouth, the ocean, and the typical vegetation. 

Afternoon: 

After visiting the lighthouse, the boat will head to Caburé Beach where there will be a lunch break (not included). The restaurants serve excellent seafood dishes. After some rest in the hammocks, we will head back to Barreirinhas around 3:00 PM.

Evening: 

Feel free to enjoy the city or rest.

 At a pre-established time, private car transfer will escort you from Barreirinhas to São Luís airport. We recommend flights departing after 3:00 PM due to the travel time, which needs to be scheduled 7 hours before the flight.
