What if I don’t know anyone else going?
Many of our guests come solo! You’ll be welcomed into a small, supportive group of like-minded people. From the opening circle to shared meals and activities, you’ll form connections that feel natural and meaningful. Plus, free time gives you the option to engage as much or as little as you’d like.

I’m not very experienced with yoga, can I still join?
Absolutely. This retreat is designed for all levels, and our classes are tailored to meet you where you are. Whether you’re a beginner or have years of experience, our sessions are gentle, accessible, and designed to help you grow in your practice without pressure.

 What happens if I need to cancel?
While payments are non-refundable, you can transfer your spot to someone else if necessary. This policy ensures the retreat remains intimate and well-prepared. We do require travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected situations.

Do I need to book my own flight?
Yes, flights are not included, but we’ll provide clear instructions on the best times to arrive and depart. You’ll also get tips on airlines, routes, and any visa requirements. Once you land, we’ll handle the rest, including your airport transfer to the resort.

What’s included in the price?
Your package covers your accommodations, airport transfers, two meals daily, yoga sessions, wellness workshops, excursions, and even a Balinese massage. Everything essential for a seamless and enriching experience is included.

What’s not included?
Items like international flights, travel insurance, lunch, drinks, extra snacks, souvenirs, tips, and optional activities are not covered. This allows you the flexibility to customize these extras based on your personal preferences and budget.

 How does the payment plan work?
You can secure your spot with a $750 deposit, then pay in installments leading up to the final due date on June 15, 2025. Payments are non-refundable but designed to help you budget and plan ahead. We’ll send reminders to keep you on track.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Our meals are thoughtfully prepared with fresh, organic ingredients, and we’re happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other dietary needs. Just let us know ahead of time so we can ensure you have delicious, worry-free meals every day.

 Is Bali safe for solo travelers?
Bali is known for its friendly locals and welcoming culture, making it one of the safest destinations for solo travelers. Plus, with our airport transfers, group excursions, and on-site resort staff, you’ll always have support and guidance during the retreat.

What kind of yoga will we practice?
Our retreat focuses on a blend of Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga. Morning sessions energize your body, while evening sessions help you relax and unwind. You’ll feel guided and supported no matter your level of experience.

Can I have a private room?
Yes! If you value privacy, you can upgrade to a single Garden room for an additional fee. This ensures you have your own peaceful sanctuary to relax and recharge between group activities.

What if I get sick during the retreat?
While we hope this doesn’t happen, the resort and retreat team will support you in finding the care you need. If isolation is required, travel insurance can help cover unexpected costs. This policy ensures the health and safety of all guests.

Do I have to participate in all activities?
Not at all. You’re welcome to join as many or as few activities as you’d like. This retreat is about your needs, so if you prefer lounging by the pool or booking extra spa treatments during certain sessions, that’s perfectly fine.

Will there be WiFi?
Yes, the resort provides free WiFi throughout the property. You can stay connected with loved ones or share your amazing experience, though many guests also choose to use this time to unplug and fully immerse themselves.

What should I pack?
Light, breathable clothing is ideal for Bali’s warm climate, plus yoga wear, a swimsuit, comfortable walking shoes, and a few layers for cooler evenings. Don’t forget essentials like sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and a journal for reflection.

 I’m  worried about the stress of traveling to Bali, will it be overwhelming?
Traveling to Bali might feel daunting, but we’re here to support you every step of the way. From detailed flight recommendations to coordinating your  airport transfers, we’ll make the journey as smooth as possible. Once you  arrive, you’ll be greeted by the resort’s peaceful atmosphere, helping you leave the stress of travel behind.

What if I struggle with jet lag and adjusting to the time difference?
We’ve designed the itinerary to ease you into the experience, with time to rest and recover upon arrival. The calming environment, nourishing meals, and gentle yoga practices will help your body adjust naturally. Many past participants have found the retreat itself to be the perfect antidote to jet lag. 

How do I reserve my spot?
Simply pay the $750 deposit to secure your spot. Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate experience, so we encourage early booking. A flexible payment plan is available, and we’re here to assist with any questions along the way.

This unique experience is hosted by Kate "The Great" she is the founder and guiding force behind KTG Yoga and Wellness, located in sunny Melbourne, Florida. A dedicated yoga instructor and Soulrocker, Kate has been passionately leading transformative yoga journeys since 2020, with a focus on positive self-transformation and holistic wellness. She is a certified 200-hour (RYT), a skilled singing bowl practitioner, and a certified stretch coach with @YOGABODY. Her expertise extends to certifications in yin yoga, neuroplasticity, and mindfulness, reflecting her commitment to the art of teaching and personal growth. Specializing in yin and hatha yoga as well as sound healing, Kate creates enriching experiences that nurture your mind, body and spirit.

This retreat is non-refundable, and exceptions cannot be made.

By confirming this spot, you have agreed and confirmed that all payments are non-refundable. Package may only be transferred to another name should you decide to sell your spot to another person. You are also confirming that the terms and conditions have been read. If for any reason you believe there may be a circumstance that might affect your ability to attend after purchasing your package, please purchase travel insurance. We are unable to refund package under any circumstance. 

If you become sick while on retreat and are in a shared room, you will be asked to move to another hotel, isolate and heal to protect the rest of the guests. This will be at the cost of the infected guest. Please check your travel and health insurance for coverage.

PAYMENT PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable.  If a payment is 7 business days late, the package is subject to a $50 admin fee. Should a payment be more than 10 days late, the organizer has the right to cancel the package without a refund.  

Your credit card charges will show up as 'WeTravel'. Please note this so you don't inadvertently dispute the charge for this retreat to your credit card company.
