For those who seek to live the culture instead of snapping pictures, this journey will satisfy daydreams of wandering untouched medieval villages, connecting with the land, and learning from locals along the way. This Fall adventure will have you hunting for truffles, helping with the olive harvest, & experiencing a local chestnut festival, all while surrendering to the magic of the unexpected!
Please note, we require at least 5 confirmed guests to run this trip. In the event that minimum requirements are not met within 2 months of the trip start date, you will have the choice to receive a full refund of your trip cost or credit applied to another trip within the next year. Flight costs and other costs outside of the trip itself would need to be reimbursed by the travel insurance which you are required to purchase.
I fell hard for Italy as an art student and never stopped exploring since. I scoured maps for Italy's hidden secrets, connecting with locals, learning the language, and soaking up the authentic everyday life along the way. This passion led to a career in NYC, where I worked for top agencies and startups, planning luxury vacations for VIP clients. Now living half the year in Italy, my goal is to bring my guests meaningful travel experiences that will forever connect them to the genuine spirit of Italy.

Creative Edge Travel’s small group tours are sold as shared rooms or single rooms. This means
you will either share your room with one other participant or have a private room just for you,
which has an additional cost. In order to reserve a private room, you should select Single Room
at checkout. You should be aware that hotel room sizes, standard practices, and facilities can
vary in each destination and can be different from standards in the United States or your home
country. For example, variations could include differences in bed sizes, proximity of the beds to
one another, and amenities such as air conditioning. CET hopes that you can enthusiastically
embrace any differences you come across with the understanding that variations from culture to
culture is what makes travel so fun and interesting.
If opting to share a room, you acknowledge that while we make our best effort to match you with
a compatible roommate, we cannot guarantee that you will get along. If you're a light sleeper,
get easily irritated, or know that you are someone who is much happier with your own space,
sharing a room may not be the best decision for getting the most out of this experience. In the
same way, if people have told you that you snore or you have health conditions that could be
disruptive to others, we ask you to do the right thing and get a private room out of respect for
others.
If you've made an honest effort but you absolutely can't find your groove with your roommate to
the point that you really need to separate, your trip leader will make their best effort to move
things around, or, try to get you a private room for an additional cost.
If the number of solo travelers and rooms doesn't allow CET to match you with a roommate,
your room will become a single room and additional charges may apply.
If you don't see availability for the Room type you need, please contact sierra@CreativeEdgeTravel.com as we may be able to open another spot for you.
