We have a 7am early morning pick up that will first take us to Manuel Antonio National Park. There we will have a guided tour and then time on our own to explore and relax at the beach. Opportunity to see monkeys, sloths, and various birds in their natural habitat. After we have our time at the park, we will make our way to our beautiful accommodations at the Art Villas. 

We arrive at Art Villas the evening of Sunday, the 29th. Monday morning the revitalizing truly begins. The Art Villas is a beautiful paradise tucked away in the jungle but still offers a gorgeous ocean view. This is where you get to really find that deep connection to yourself in nature. Daily Yoga will allow you to check into your body. Our meditations invoke you to explore your mind. Guided Breathwork will have you digging deep and feeling rejuvenated. Acupuncture from Dr. Patrick realigns your being to truly welcome and receive the numerous gifts of healing. 

We will start our day with breakfast and yoga, followed by a trip to the beach. There are opportunities to surf, beach walk, shop, lay out and relax and much more.  We will be visiting the famous Marino Ballena National Park. The beach is named Ballena, the Spanish word for whale, due to its' unique whale tail shape. Surf lessons are not included but we can make arrangements for you to train with an expert guide or rent a board. 

Today, we will explore Nuayaca and Diamanté waterfalls. First exploring the Nuayaca waterfall, enjoying a hike and swim. We then venture to Finca Shambhala Shala for yoga and the chance to hang in the waterfall pools or hike the Diamante waterfall trail.  

Our final full day in Costa Rica together. A day of relaxation, yoga, and breathwork, topped off with a farewell dinner to celebrate newfound community. Plenty of time throughout the day to pack and prepare for the following day of travel. 

We will have breakfast together, then commute to San Jose airport to head home or where ever your journey takes you next.
