About this trip
Our most atmospheric tour. We collect our guests from Newport and head for the heritage site of Burrishoole Abbey to begin our evening with some moongazing, then following the north star, we will head towards Letterkeen for some masterful storytelling and magic from our very own seanchaí by candlelight.
This tour takes place well away from the artificial lights of town, combining candlelight, moonlight and a cup of delicious hot chocolate.
Children aged 8 or over welcome (a very late finish for some younger folk).
Please note that this tour requires some mobility and short walk on uneven surfaces. Comfortable shoes and warm clothing.

Our standard tour (unless to a customised location), visits the Mayo International Dark Sky Park; a gold tier dark sky park accredited in 2016 and the only National Park in Ireland to host such an award.
