Born and raised in Venezuela, currently living in sunny South Florida, Maki has dedicated the last 10 years of her life to the practice and teachings of Yoga. She received Teacher Training at Aananda School of Yoga, and since, has been fortunate to study and learn directly from Master Teachers.
Her classes are a fusion with a balance between effort and ease. Breath centered, emphasized in the importance of proper alignment, pranayama techniques, mindfulness, and meditation.
