We are leaning into our Maine. Life. Simplified ethos for this coming summe 2025. We've been busy dreaming and building and learning and working hard since 2017 and understand that one can't run on empty. In Summer 2025 as a collecitve team we are making it a point to find moments to relax, get inspired and enjoy LIFE here in Maine and we invite you to the farm to capture a little bit of this juju and do the same!

Please know that the Maine Summer Stays are an entirely self-directed and prearranged moment on the farm - except for the offered meals in the event barn -  Staurday Brunch, Saturday BBQ and Sunday Brunch.

Check In. We have created a seemless system for you to arrive at your time after 3 pm on check in day. All instructions, codes and directions will be sent to you 1 week in advance. The lights will be on, the firepit stocked - ready for your relaxation. Emergency numbers will be provided with our lodging information. 

Food/Beverage Deliveries.  If you ordered anything in advance of your stay, these will be delivered prior to your arrival, complete with all items, instructions and any equipment needed to cook. 

Meadowhouse Spa. Wood Fired Spa/Hot Tub/Cold Plunge. We will have this stoked and ready to roll Friday afternoon and then again Saturday morning. As this is a commonly used space, we ask that you be mindful of your energy and noise levels when sharing the space with others. 

Workshops/Other Ammenities. If you set these up in advance, you will be connected with the resource prior to arrival and will be able to contact them directly regarding your booked treatment/workshop. 

Fires/Wood: You will be stocked with inside wood (if appropriate) and outside wood for epic winter fire pits! See here if you need a tutorial!

Food Restrictions

If you have dietary restrictions please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate for your drop off provisions.

Interested in additional nights beyond our standard package? No problem! Simply click to add-on those nights and let us know your preferred dates of stay. Look for "Additional Night - Farmhouse" "Additional Night - Cider House" "Additional Night - Cottage"

Kids

Kids of all ages are welcome.

Dogs  

Well behaved dogs are welcome (at the Farmhouse, Farm Cottage and Cider House only) for an additional pet fee of $75. Limit 2 per house.  Please add "dog fee" if this is applicable to you. No dogs in the campground or sauna areas. 

Cancellation 

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another name.  Cancellation requests for any reason (outside of severe weather explained below) submitted within 30 days of reservation date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Within 14 days of your arrival date: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions.

Severe Weather 

If unforeseen severe weather impacts the ability of our guests to travel to the farm for the weekend stay, a credit will be provided for a future stay at the farm. 

Some legalese 

Many of the experiences at the farm are adventures in the woods and as such require an adventurous spirit and the understanding that they are inherently risky. With that said, please review the following:   

By visiting Tops'l Farm (VENUE) , you as the GUEST agree to the following during your stay (EVENT):

Farm on Bremen Road LLC, (DBA TOPS’L FARM)  is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of any articles or property left at the VENUE prior to, during or after an EVENT. The GUEST agrees and accepts responsibility for any damage done to the venue owned by TOPS’L FARM by the GUEST and those in the guests reservation (guest invitees). The GUEST agrees that TOPS’L FARM shall not be liable for any suit, actions, claims, loss, damages, expenses, injury or casualty of any kind to any person or property occurring at or in the vicinity of the VENUE, whether occurring before, during or after the EVENT. The  GUEST as a material part of the consideration for this contract, hereby waives all claims and demands against TOPS’L FARM for any such loss, damage, injury or casualty. GUEST further agrees to indemnify and hold TOPS’L FARM and its staff and hired vendors free and harmless from any and all liability for any and all such loss, damage or injury to property and other persons, and from any and all costs and expenses arising therefrom, including but not limited to attorney fees.  GUEST also grants permission to take and use: photographs and/or digital images of me for use in news releases and/or marketing.
