Eva Sekira is a dedicated Hatha Alignment Yoga Teacher and an experienced Yoga Therapist (850h) in training. As the founder of "Yoga for Riders," a unique program tailored specifically for horseback riders, Eva blends her love for horses with her passion for yoga. A spirited and passionate horse lover, Eva enjoys working with clients from all over the world, helping them connect with their bodies and enhance their riding experience through mindful movement. When she's not teaching or working with clients, you can find her spending time in the stables, immersed in her love for horses.
Designed by Tswana chef and author of Taste of Botswana Ednah Rosen, our chef prepares delicious and nutritious local dishes, from healthy, gluten-free salads to veggies samosas and revitalising juices made with our garden's seasonal fruits.
