Welcome to your Full Moon sound healing experience at Flatbed Farms with Euphoria Retreats, Bob & Amelia. This is an indoor experience at the Upper Barn at Flatbed Farms, feel free to bring your own mat we will have mats and blankets, but it is your space so we invite you to get cozy.

Please carpool if you can, there is limited space for parking

Monday March 25, 2024

•4:45pm Check in at the farm stand (lower parking lot)

•4:45 - 4:50pm Drive up to the Barn(upper parking lot) pick your mat and get settled in

•5-6:00pm Sound Healing Experience

•(Bring your own mat if you desire, blankets are available)

•6:00pm Make your own harvest tea & Closing Tea Ritual

•6:30pm Go home refreshed and rejuvenated

Nestled in the heart of wine country, our rustic indoor barn sanctuary invites you to unwind and connect with the rhythm of the cosmos. Lying down cozy in your space, allow the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, gentle percussion, and melodic chimes to wash over you, harmonizing mind, body, and spirit. Wrap up the sound healing with a hot tea from the farm special organic ingredients. Gather for an intention connection circle with a tea ritual to close this special experience. The Fall Euphoria Retreat in Sonoma far exceeded my expectations! The yoga flow was wonderful; the time flew by as the two professionals led us through stretching, reaching and relaxing. The setting in a barn with a large patio where we had our greeting circle and then gathered for the meal. The gourmet lunch was presented by an award-winning chef with seasonal, fresh good from tacos to tamales and the best lime creme brulee with passion fruit. All the guests including my friend who joined me were all excited for the afternoon sound bath which was amazing. We were all so joyous and relaxed at the end---we didn't want to leave!

Fantastic small group trip, perfectly scheduled and organized: we were comfortably driven to amazing locations to experience firsthand buthanese nature, religion, culture, arts… all with the very informative and safe guidance of Dorji our guide, in Sanghay’s comfortable van - and stayed in great hotels, with daily yoga on top of that. Participating in the Thimphu festival was an honor, and making it all the way to Tiger’s Nest- amazing. Thank you EUPHORIA!! THANK YOU Monika and Lisa!!!

This yoga retreat in Italy was truly a transformative experience! The setting was nothing short of breathtaking, with serene landscapes and peaceful surroundings that set the perfect tone for relaxation and personal growth. The yoga sessions were expertly guided, helping each of us to deepen our practice and find inner balance. But what really made this retreat exceptional was the incredible food—delicious, fresh Italian cuisine prepared with so much love and care.
