They listened carefully to what we were looking for and planned the perfect itinerary - and their team including their subcontracted providers flawlessly executed that plan over our 20 days in Argentina, Uruguay and the portion of Brazil at Iguazu Falls. Vamoos, their travel app, was as helpful and easy to use as any we have previously encountered. Our very special thanks to Izabela for her planning expertise, to Julieta for her continuous guidance and assistance throughout, and to all the guides and drivers for our tours and transfers - with special recognition to Laura, our guide at Iguazu Falls throughout our time there, who was one of the most superb guides we've ever had through our extensive travels around the world. We highly recommend Say Hueque for their deep knowledge of this beautiful region and the very friendly customer-centric culture they display in all aspects of the travel experience!

Overall our trip to South America was a great and memorable experience. The food was excellent, and the accommodations were quite good with some exceptions. The hotel room at Los Naranjos in Ushuaia was very small and cramped, just wondering if there are rooms a bit bigger than what was given to us. The tour guides were excellent for the most part and added a great deal to the experience. The Peru portion of the itinerary, specifically the visit to the Amazon, was lacking in details. No mention was made that large suitcases could not be taken to the resort. We found out at the last minute and had to scramble to transfer items from our large suitcases to duffel bags to take them to the resort. As a result, we left some items behind that we needed at the resort. Our travel agents were excellent and very responsive, but we were shocked to learn that our travel agent during the trip was going on vacation just before we left on our trip. It would have been better to assign us to a travel agent that was not going on vacation.

We wanted to create a personalized, private two-week tour of Uruguay for our family. I discussed the vision we had for our experience, and the Say Hueque team created a proposal which checked all of the boxes. Each of our transfers were on time, with local guides at each destination who were knowledgeable and interesting. We had a perfect blend of sightseeing and personal time to explore each place we visited. The highlight of the trip was having dinner with a local family who prepared a traditional asado for us in their home. Communication with the Say Hueque team was enhanced with a mobile app which was provided with all dates, details, contact information, and other helpful travel information. Say Hueque followed up with me after the tour was completed to review the trip and provide constructive feedback. This was an appropriate and professional step to make sure we were pleased with the experience. In so doing, they gathered data to assure their future guests will have a memorable visit, as well.

We had a great time. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, well located and each had its own charm. The tours were great and all the transfers went smoothly.

I had a wonderful trip to Patagonia and thoroughly enjoyed Sierra Baguales glamping experience. Our host and guide, during our stay, were welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The food was plentiful and authentic to the region. The quiet serene atmosphere was the best way to end a 3 week trip.
