Passengers traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond their travel dates. Obtaining a passport  is a very lengthy process and can take up to 13 weeks.  Expedited processing, which costs an additional $60, will take up to 9 weeks.  Processing time begins the day an application is received and does not include mailing time.

All travelers are responsible to check if a visa is required for all countries on their itinerary.

Missing a vacation is bad enough.  Losing the money you paid for your vacation or needing medical attention is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.  Travel insurance should provide coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, baggage loss, and more. Travel insurance is not included and must be purchased directly through the insurance carrier of your choice.

Pricing and space is not guaranteed until a reservation is secured with a deposit.  A $100 deposit is due at time of booking and is non-refundable.

Monthly payments are due no later than the 15th of each month after initial deposit.

Final balance is due by October 6, 2024. If final payment is not received by October 6, 2024, the reservation will be canceled and no monies will be refunded.

Travel insurance is highly recommended  to protect your investment should you need to cancel.

All cancellations must be received in writing via email to Travelbydena@comcast.net and include your full name, date of travel, destination and reservation number.

Guests must make reservations in the full name that is listed on their passport that they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.

Each traveler must make reservation using your own individual email address. In the “Notes to Organizer “ section, please indicate who will be your roommate. Your roommate must reserve at the same time in order to complete the reservation process.

You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.  If a roommate cancels, it is the remaining party’s responsibility to find a new roommate or pay the remaining balance due on the room.
