I can highly recommend Jet Black Travel for a trip to Ghana! I'd never been to the continent of Africa before and so this trip was the perfect introduction. I joined the trip alone (left my white husband at home) and met so many lovely people from all over the US and even other African countries. Based on typical African accommodations our stay was pretty good with breakfast buffet included. The selection of activities really ranged. The pace is quite hectic with some days starting at 6am and ending into all hours of the evening with parties (and Ghanaians party till the next day!). I thought the festival would be the highlight but it wasn't.  The Nkyinkyim Museum, being the best place we visited. The cooking class was disappointing and I really wish we ate more street food, experienced more culture and hung out with more Ghanaians but this was my first visit. I know it won't be my last! We were blessed to have the warm and welcoming Jet Black CEO on our trip and a big group of great folks. Would definitely consider traveling with them again!

I am typically standoffish and apprehensive when meeting new people, but from our first conversation you made me feel welcomed and ensured me that I would be traveling with an exciting group of like-minded professionals. And this group did not disappoint! As a matter of fact, we have already planned our 4th of July cookout at my home. I travel frequently, mostly luxury travel around the globe and I really appreciate the thought you put into selecting our accommodations. Typically, I frequent Marriott Luxury Brand hotels, but your choice of accommodations opened me up to a new luxury brand. The Fairmont Hotel's milk and honey spa experience, dinner at their five-star restaurant, my view of the Nile River from my room in my ultra comfortable bed all made my experience memorable. The cruise down the Nile allowed me to enjoy another view of Egypt, while sitting in the window lined parlor of our cruise ship, sipping cocktails and enjoying the vibes of my new travel family. Each individual on the team you selected displayed a fun, professional, and friendly attitude. From the time I landed, your tour guides met me at the airport and helped me through the visa/customs process. They provided an abundance of information about Egypt and ensured we visited meaningful places throughout our trip. And the fun never stopped!!! I was able to satisfy my need for speed while riding four-wheelers throughout the desert. And I always felt safe and comfortable during every excursion. Since I truly enjoyed every aspect of Jet Black Travel's Cairo, Egypt experience, I have already fully paid for my next Jet Black Travel experience scheduled for this summer. Now I am contemplating booking Vietnam with Jet Black Travel for my end of year excursion.

Egypt was the 4th trip that I have been on with Jet Black. I was nervous this time around because I was traveling alone and I would be meeting brand new people for the very first time. I was able to make lifelong friends on this trip and every single person except for one person was really nice and welcoming. Egypt is a very large country located in North Africa and we did a lot of different activities. I loved the first hotel that we stayed at and it was my first time going on a cruise. We had one ridiculously annoying traveler who complained about every single thing but we didn’t let her negative energy and constant complaints ruin our trip. I do wish Jet Black would’ve gotten rid of her sooner because when you book it’s says bad vibes aren’t included. This was the very first trip that I experienced someone being so negative. I will be going on more jet black trips because overall the food was good, there were many activities to do, and I made lifelong friends. The tour guides were very nice and tried their best to make sure that we all had a great time. Remember that different countries in Africa will not be as modern as the U.S. and things such as the internet will not work as fast. I truly do encourage everyone to go on a Jet Black trip when exploring the world because you will have a good time and also meet new people.

I recently went on a trip with Jet Black Travel, and I must say that it was the worst experience I have ever endured in my life. We paid top dollar for section-eight accommodations. The cruise ship was old, outdated, smelled, and looked different from the brochure pictures. There were actually two twin beds pushed together to make one king bed. However, the trip did get worse. When we returned to Cairo, the hotel was less than livable. Most individuals within the group were forced to check out and check into another hotel at our expense. When we voiced our concerns, we were told that if you don't like the accommodations, feel free to leave. We Paid Top Dollar for a Subpar, Mediocre, And Overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Worst By Far, when I communicated my concerns to the founder of Jet Black Travel, I was berated and made to feel less than all because he held a doctorate in pharmacy. After multiple thousands of dollars spent, and because I voiced my concerns, I was told that Jet Black Travel wasn’t the group for me by the founder of Jet Black Travel. The founder of Jet Black didn’t try to listen to my concerns or provide an alternative option during the trip. Afterward, the trip was over; he became downright cruel. Rather than listening to my complaints, he simply just blocked me. IF YOU WANT An Experience that Consists of a ROOM THAT SMELLS AND IS FILLED WITH COCKROACHES, JET BLACK TRAVEL IS THE RIGHT TRAVEL GROUP FOR YOU . . . .
