Ceremony is an opportunity to connect more deeply with our souls. For some it is a process of remembering who we really are, separate from the ego’s definition of “self.” Spiritual journey can evoke vivid vision, emotional releases, and insights, allowing us to confront and heal past traumas, limiting belief systems and physical ailments. The experience encourages surrender, facilitating a profound connection to one’s true self.

This retreat will be a time for deep inner work. Allison and Jared will provide a safe container to prepare, experience and process challenging material.

Allison has been a guide for the past 7 years and have led thousands of people through journeys of self-discovery and release. This retreat will be a very special combination of ceremony work as well as asana and meditation with Jared. These practices harmoniously work together to bring about incredibly deep healing and harmony between ourselves and Source.  

Ceremony work always gives us what we need, not necessarily what we want and very rarely what we expect. As a result, sometimes integrating these experiences can be challenging. Doing this work in a safe and supportive environment is always crucial. This retreat setting is the ideal format for deep inner work as we will have plenty of time to integrate together using asana, meditation and discussion as complimentary tools.

This week will be a time to rejuvenate the body and mind and foster ongoing spiritual exploration and healing. The deepened connection with the soul paves the way for transformative personal growth and a renewed sense of purpose.
