Ready to get away? Spend a week in Mexico in the perfect place to relax, renew and connect with nature and with what matters the most! This retreat brings the perfect balance of yoga and family fun. We offer daily adult classes along with hikes, nature exploration, crafts for kids (If you bring any) and other activities.

The retreat is located in a secluded beach in the Mexican Pacific coast near Puerto Vallarta. Punta Monterrey resort offers a safe environment you can explore freely and relax in a beautiful unspoiled setting. This program gives you the opportunity to add extra activities such as fishing, scuba diving, surfing or tours to beach towns like Sayulita to enrich your cultural experience.

- 6 night stay at Punta Monterrey Beach Resort

- Transportation to and from airport (when traveling along with the group)

- 3 Healthy and delicious meals a day (we can accommodate allergies and food sensitivities)

- Complementary fresh fruit bowl and tea available all day in dining area

- Adult yoga twice a day.

- Day trip to explore Sayulita

- Tips for Resort staff

- Daily kid activities and/or yoga (While adults are doing yoga)

- Beach access, paddle boarding and kayak use (depending on water and ocean conditions)

- Optional hikes, crafts and a lot of fun.

- Taxis to explore near by towns (Except for Sayulita trip)

Recommended Air travel if coming from the Bay Area.

San Francisco (SFO) or San Jose (SJC) to Puerto Vallarta (PVR)

Airlines that offer direct flight are Alaska and United.

If you come from a different location you need to fly to Puerto Vallarta International airport (PVR)

- Down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

- Prices are per person in single or double occupancy room. (Extra person fee is only for a third or fourth person in the same room)

- Kids 12 years old and up pay adult rate.

- We will use a private taxi service that will work with our group to drive us to and from the airport to the resort. If you arrive on a day other than October 19th, or leave before or after October 25th then you must cover the cost of your airport transportation, we can arrange it for you and it may be between $160 - $230 depending on the number of people.

- Payment plans available upon request.

- You must read and sign the waiver before the start date of the retreat.

- If you cancel before May 31 2025 and you've paid in full, you will receive a full refund except for the down payment portion ($600 per person)

- If you cancel before July 31, 2025, and you've paid in full, you will get 50% refund except for the down payment portion ($600 per person)

- NO REFUNDS if you cancel after August 31st, 2025.

- Retreat has to be paid in full by September 15th, 2025.

A big thank you to Amy and Lorena for creating such a special yoga retreat at the beautiful Punta Monterrey Resort. I could tell that a lot of thought went into planning this getaway. I felt welcome and pampered from the moment I arrived. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable, with the beach just steps away. The sound of the ocean waves through the windows was so relaxing. The Punta Monterrey staff was friendly and helpful at every turn. Many thanks to the talented and creative chefs who created delicious and healthy meals with fresh local ingredients. The fresh fish was fantastic, and the ceviche-WOW! And don’t forget to try the hibiscus margarita! I highly recommend the Punta Monterrey Resort and hope to return for another retreat with Amy and Lorena. ❤️

It was a wonderful experience to see and learn about the animals in the Galapagos. The accommodations were very good with yummy fresh breakfasts made daily. The excursions were well thought out and organized. The daily evening yoga was great. It was a trip of a lifetime.

We just came back from a week of heaven, tropical paradise, i dont know what to call it, wow! Our Families and friends thought that we were crazy going on a yoga retreat with a 15 month old and a five year old, but we do not regret it one bit! The food was amazing ! the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was wonderful, we felt like at someone’s house. Did i say the food was amazing? :-) We did yoga listening to the waves and we fell asleep in our beds listening to the waves. We had the beach to ourselves. We released baby turtles into the ocean. Carolina and Lorena complement each other very well in different ways, and I feel so energized, calm, balanced and strong. Just the perfect amount of yoga classes and level as well. They also did great with the kids. We were a small group so sometimes they even took the little one. My 5 year old loved the yoga and crafts. It’s been 3 days since our return and she is still showing me yoga poses :-) We spent a few days in San Pancho before the retreat which I can recommend if you want to have a bit of both worlds. We are definately considering coming again. THANK YOU again Carolina and Lorena for a indescribably wonderful and revitalizing experience! Emma&family
