Chris and the team at CGT did an awesome job bringing my group down to Orlando for several days. Everything was logistically smooth, and made it easy for me as the director/teacher.

We had a great trip. The kids really enjoyed it and continue to talk about it.

Jefferson Academy 4th Grade

This was a group school trip for my 4th grade son from Jefferson, GA, to Tybee Island/Savannah, GA. My son had been to both places before, as I grew up in Savannah, and we love to vacation there. The school trip included many excursions and learning experiences beyond what we have done on our own. The kids enjoyed the food options available to them as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to send my kids on another Creative Group Tour through their school in the future. Thanks to the organizers, and especially the school chaperones who escorted our kids! Great experience!

Jefferson Academy 5th Grade

The kids did a great job but I felt like it was not well prepared as far as timing. There were days where we were so jam packed the kids had no idea what we were even looking at so it was hard for them to digest. Also I would definitely take out Union Station for safety precautions. Two of my kids I was chaperoning were approached by the homeless and one took her money right out of her hand. I immediately took my group out and across the street away from Union Station until we had to meet back up with the group which was almost two hours later. Other parents experienced this as well at Union Station this year and last year.  

This trip started off rocky as our bus ran out of gas 6 hours into the drive. Overall it was great to see all of the sites however, there’s lots of room for improvement on how to handle as many people as were in our group to make it equitable. We were in the last bus (assigned) and were always last to get into places. This meant we were either rushed through places or all spots were taken and our kids had to squeeze in any available spaces and never got a chance to choose where and who they got to sit with. A suggestion would be to rotate how the different buses got access to things. Make sure the same people aren’t always going last and getting the left overs. Secondarily - it felt like we were either rushed from place to place OR there was too much time in between. It would be nice to have it be spaced a little more evenly. 

I enjoyed the action packed itinerary and the ease of transportation from place to place. 

Burney Harris Lyons Middle School Band

We had great time!  The tour guides and organizers were amazing! 

We had a wonderful time! Our bus driver was incredible! She was very personable, and it was obvious she loved her job and being around children.  She went above and beyond in many ways.  We had a very busy schedule and packed a lot of sightseeing into 3 short days in Washington, DC.  There are a couple of sites I wish we had seen instead of a couple that we did see.  I feel like the kids would have been more interested in the FDR or Thomas Jefferson Memorials instead of the National Cathedral because we talked so much about these men in class.  We also spent too much time at Union Station with very little to do/see there.  Overall, the itinerary hit many important highlights that were of high interest. I would recommend this trip to others.

We had a great time.  We were so busy and had jam packed days but got to see and learn so much.  Everything was well organized.  We had a bus issue on our way to DC but it was resolved pretty quickly. Overall, it was a great trip. 

The BHL Performing Arts Programs had a fantastic time on our Spring Trip to Dollywood.  Every aspect of the planning process with Creative Group Tours was easy and manageable.  Our students, BHL faculty, and parents had an incredible time and we are looking forward to booking next year's trip wherever it may be.

Overall it was great. I like how we are told when to do things and how long to do them for. It was all planned out and I didn't have to worry about where to go and what time to do it . The food was great too. I enjoyed the bus trip and listening to the teenagers. Thank you so much for making it affordable. Last but not least. The bus drivers were great. They got us to and from in a timely manner and safely there and back home. It was great thank you.

We had a great trip.  Creative Group Tours is the best company I've ever worked with.  They accommodated all of our requests down to organizing our hotel room keys and park tickets the way I asked. This is the only company I use for student travel.

Mr. Cotton  (instructor) did a great job as always of organizing the trip. However, a bus broke down on the South Carolina border, leaving students stranded off the side of the highway for around 4 hours. They missed part of their trip and did not have lunch during this period of time. 

Oconee County Middle School Band

It was unfortunate that there was a break down with one of the buses, but it was inexcusable that it would take over four (4) hours to get a technician onsite and find a part for a 10 minute fix.  This should have been corrected much sooner with a substitute bus and would avoided the four (4) hours loss of time that the kids did not get to spend at Carowinds Amusement Park.  There was a large amount of money spent for the buses and the time to be spent at Carowinds Amusement that was lost due to this delay.  I hope that there will be a refund for the lost time.

Great time please allow students and parents choose what shows they may want to see.

I thought the trip overall was great! I particularly liked staying in hotels that had suites so the everyone had more room to spread out. I'm only giving the trip four stars because I think there should have been better/more food options for kids that are gluten free or have allergies. There were meals where one of the gluten free kids in my group had no options (e.g. the lunch from Jimmy John's). 

My son had a great time. He enjoyed playing with the USAF Band members and seeing all of the sites. Thank you for helping him create these amazing memories.

My daughter had a wonderful time and we felt at ease with her traveling given how well the trip was organized and planned. We appreciated the payment plan and the reminders to stay on track with everything prior to the trip.

My daughter's experience in NY was exceptional. The tours were on point, truly they were kept busy and very much enjoyed the tours and NYC experience. The only negative experience was the hotel. The girls reported black mold in their hotel bathrooms and when they showered, the walls of the bedroom also got wet with steam.
They did not complain because they didn't know how to - nor did they want to cause any problems. However, they were sneezing after every time they showered and were each concerned about the health issues caused by black mold.

This is just to let you know that this particular hotel on their tour had these issues so that you can address them with the management of the hotel. It was the only drawback of an otherwise excellent experience.

We had a great trip, the trip was organized and the accommodations were conveniently located to the parks.  The time was maximized so that the students were able to make the most of their time and spend time in three parks.  We will use Creative tours again to plan our trips. 

Parkview High School Chorus

We had a great trip.  The trip was organized and the agenda made it easy to manage our large group in a setting that can be difficult for large groups.  Our bus driver was absolutely AMAZING, I hope that you will use Accord and Clarence every chance you get.  Scott made things run smoothly and our tour guide was flexible and very informative.  We will use Creative Tours again.

Parkview High School Orchestra

Everything was great, the accommodations were nice, however the second (primary) bus driver had a very negative attitude. He was very anti social, rude. I don’t know what type of customers he’s used to traveling with, but he shouldn’t be with students.

Creative Group Tours was the perfect travel partner for our trip! We appreciated the organization and ready communication during the planning phase, and the flexibility they were able to offer us during the trip itself! All the materials we needed for our trip were delivered to us on our way into our hotel, and they were organized, counted, and labeled! We appreciated the way that our trip host was waiting for us at breakfast every morning, ready to give clear instructions and answer any questions we had! The entire time we were traveling, we felt like we were prepared and knowledgeable-- it felt like we were able to enjoy the trip as participants, and not stressed-out directors! Thank you so much, Creative Group Tours, for all you did to make this trip special!!!

Mountain View High School Fine Arts

We really enjoyed the trip, I thought the locations and events were great. I would have liked more time at each of the locations, so when we do this again, I will most likely take a few things out of the trip to give more time for other locations. The favorite of our kids was the dinner cruise, it was a wonderful way to end the trip.

Food choices were good and the hotel was excellent. I would not change any of that. I loved having Chris on the trip with us to make sure everything went smooth.

I had a wonderful time chaperoning this trip!  It was well-planned and organized.  The Imagination Campus class at Disney was a great experience.  The hotel was clean and the rooms were a nice size.  The pool was unfortunately closed one night due to another guest having "an accident" which was disappointing, but uncontrollable.  Breakfasts were nice and there was a variety of food for everyone.  All days in the parks were planned out well.  Kevin was wonderful and thorough and did his absolute best to make the trip great.  The only concerns I had fell on the charter bus drivers.  One particular driver started out a bit ill-tempered, but I think responded well when addressed by Kevin.  The bus driver who completed our trip, however was more of a concern.  His driving skills were questionable.  The "please reduce your speed" alarm came on twice and then, when we were on smaller, darker roads, he was constantly driving off the road/outside the lines and I was quite frightened.  I am not sure whether the size of the bus or his vision was causing the problems, but it was definitely a huge safety concern!  Other than those two issues, I had a fabulous time.  Thanks so much to Kevin (and any other organizers) for the amazing memories!

My daughter had a great time.  Everything was well organized.

Trip was great. Hotel and bus were comfortable. Having a bathroom on the bus was important and appreciated. 

Management was great at handling payment details. 

The trip arrangements were great. The buses could have been better.

We had a good time. I wish we could have had 3 days at the park. But it was fun overall. 

Mr. Plummer was an awesome guide. He was very knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. My daughter and I had a phenomenal time. He is highly recommended for any future travel.
