Sharon has been a member of the Treetop Yoga community for over a decade. She is a
500-hour yoga teacher, certified by Yoga Alliance. As a teacher, Sharon welcomes all students –
from those just testing the waters to the seasoned yogi – and hopes to share the joy and skill
she has cultivated from her own practice. Her cueing is clear and concise, while also allowing
students space to explore their own breath and movement. She hopes to empower her students
with a sense of agency, strength, resilience, and clarity to witness what is happening within them
and around them – and to take action to create a more compassionate and inclusive community
for themselves and for all.
