It is time for our first annual MYSTERY GIRLS TRIP! Sorry ladies, you WILL NOT know the destination but just know I have it all laid out and we are definitely going to create some spectacular memories. 

Make sure you have your cameras ready and the correct addresses on file because a few days before we depart you will be receiving your mystery box in the mail! You'll most definitely want to record this moment and find out where we are going and what we are doing!

Get ready ladies! I will email a few clues along the way so be sure to have your alerts but I AM NOT TELLING!!! IT'S A MYSTERY!!

No need to worry, you can trust me! I have everything you need included in your package and you'll also get a list of what to pack!

- A Passport is required and cannot expire on or before  May  11th 2025. If your passport expires before this date or you do not have any blank pages then you must get it renewed.

- Deposits are $250 per person 

-You must identify as female(It's an all girls trip) and be at least 18 years of age by 11/7/2024

-All final payments are due no later than  Sept 1st 2024. 

- Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until the final payment date and $200 after the final payment date.

- This form also serves as a Credit Card Authorization to be placed on file for your room.

- Travel insurance is NOT included in your  package and you  must purchase it on your own. JB Luxury Travels LLC and their partners DOES NOT issue refunds. In the event of a cancellation, You will use the third party travel insurance provider as a means to receive any refunds(see terms and conditions of the travel insurance provider, Options will be provided once trip is secured.)

-You have 21 days from the date you placed your deposit to purchase travel insurance.

-We will automatically send reminder emails to the participants:

·  7 days before the due date

·  3 days before the due date

·  on the day of the due date

·  "Late notice" 2 days after the due date

-Your roundtrip flight is included in your package from Chicago O'hare airport only. If you plan to arrive from another state you must purchase your own flight to Chicago and arrive no later than 11/6/2024 so that you can be ready to depart for our early morning flight on 11/7/2024.

-Please ensure that you provide me with your full name and DOB as it appears on your passports.

*Monthly payments are required in order to keep your booking active (you can pay the requested amount that is split evenly, you can pay more than that amount or less than that amount but a payment must be received each month).

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED AND APPLIED. IN ORDER TO SECURE THE ROOM ALL DEPOSITS FOR THAT ROOM MUST BE RECEIVED. IF ONE ROOMMATE HAS PAID AND THE OTHER HAS NOT PAID, THE ROOM CANNOT BE SECURED UNTIL ALL DEPOSITS ARE RECEIVED.
