Wake up every morning with an invigorating Yoga class, Journaling, Meditation and Pranayama, to get the body moving and blood pumping. Starting the day on a awakened state.
Nightly candlelight Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra practice to integrate, rest and reset.
Begin with a cup of freshly harvested herbal tea or fresh roasted Quillabamba coffee, grown on the staff’s family farms. The buffet breakfast includes breads from a local oven, omelets, homemade muesli using kiwicha and other Andean grains, and sliced fruits and avocados from the subtropical Machu Picchu area.
Gourmet organic vegetarian meals are served daily, using high-protein Andean grains and legumes, as well as organic, freshly harvested succulent fruits, vegetables, eggs and salads grown on-site.
Dinners includes a hearty soup, freshly harvested salad, and gourmet vegetarian entrees with steamed vegetables. Most meals include quinoa and kiwicha, the grain that gave Incan warriors strength, or tarwi, an Andean legume containing more protein than red meat.
Tune in and hear the whisperings of Pachamama (Mother Earth) in the properties magical Gardens. Each garden contains symbols, shapes, sculptures, and medicinal plants that resonate with one of the classic seven chakras, or energy centers, of the human body. The vibrant flowers blooming in each garden are of the particular color associated with that chakra, flooding your eyes with the hue. Both the wavelengths of light and the vibrations of the flowers themselves offer peaceful healing energy to the mind, body, and soul.
Excursions and adventures will take us to Ollanteytambo, an Inca town that is alive! where the Inca trail begins, and all the way to the the awe inspiring UNESCO World Heritage site Machu Picchu. Where we will have the time to sit in a guided meditation to connect with all it's magic. As well as plenty of time to discover other exciting local sites.
Guided by an authentic local Quchua Shaman, we will witness and partake in a 'Despacho Ceremony' to start our journey and a 'Cacao Ceremony' to open our hearts. Looking for expansion, connection and growth.
Guests will have the option to partake on a Huachuma/San Pedro Ceremony on property. (OPTIONAL) (extra charge)
