After a delicious breakfast, we will gather for a group meeting followed by individual sessions with our shaman to reflect on the visions and experiences from the Ayahuasca ceremony. Sharing as a group is an important part of the process, but we also honor everyone's need for personal space.  Later in the day, we will have a unique Ayahuasca session guided by our shaman – but without taking the Ayahuasca medicine! This session will focus on learning about the plant, deepening our connection to its energy through teachings and reflection.  We will also take part in another flourishing and energetic cleansing ceremony. After lunch and some free time, you can relax and enjoy a soothing sound healing session led by our professional sound healer. With the melodies and vibrations of Andean instruments, we will connect more deeply with our bodies and inner selves.  The rest of the day is yours to relax, reflect, and unwind. After dinner, you can rest and recharge at your own pace. 

 On this day, we will head out to explore more of the Sacred Valley! Our journey takes us to the local community of Socma, where we will start our beautiful hike to the stunning Perolniyoq waterfall, accompanied by our Andean Q’eros shaman. At the waterfall, we will pause for a special connection ceremony and mindful moment.  From there, we will continue hiking for about an hour to an ancient Inca site perched above the waterfall. This scenic hike offers breathtaking views of the waterfall and the surrounding landscape. Afterward, we will return to Socma for a delicious local lunch prepared by the community before driving back to the retreat center.  The rest of the day is yours to relax. If you like, we can hold a group meeting to reflect and share our thoughts. After dinner, you are free to rest. 

 After a light breakfast, we will begin the day with an Andean teaching class led by our shaman, who will share deeper insights into Andean spirituality and traditions. This will help us prepare emotionally and spiritually for tonight's Ayahuasca session.  In the afternoon, we will have another yoga session paired with mindful meditation to center ourselves and prepare for the evening ceremony.  At night, we will take the Ayahuasca medicine again in a sacred ceremony that lasts approximately 4 hours.  

We enjoy a delightful breakfast with a variety of fruits. Later, we will have a final meeting with our Shipibo Shaman, where we engage in an integration ceremony. We then participate in a heartfelt offering ceremony led by the Q’eros Master to express gratitude to Mother Earth, taking some time to connect before we take our transportation back to Cusco.
