With the dawn of a new year, there are infinite possibilities for you to create whatever you desire. This retreat will help you get clear on what your goals are for 2023 and help you to let go of any blockages or obstacles in your way, supporting you to develop a plan to fulfill on your intentions and dreams for the new year.

We will bring together 20 like-hearted humans who share the desire to learn, grow and expand while in the beautiful natural surroundings of Nosara, Costa Rica. This experience offers adventurous activities, personal development workshops, a holistic wellness program and deep connections and new friendships.

For this retreat, we've rented the beautiful Villa Austria property, overlooking all of Nosara and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Once again, we've assembled an all-star team of coaches and facilitators who will provide workshops activities, immersive experiences, and powerful ceremonies to help you raise your vibration and manifest all that you desire in 2023!

The ALIVE Experience in Nosara is not the typical retreat, and it is more than an all-inclusive vacation. It is a curated trip to one of the most beautiful destinations in the world, that offers a holistic wellness program, adventurous activities, personal development workshops, and deep connections. It includes exciting activities like surfing, excursions to nearby towns and powerful workshops by highly trained coaches. It also includes a wellness program with yoga classes, meditation sessions, group workouts, and delicious, healthy meals.

• You take your mask off. Transformation requires you to be open, authentic and vulnerable, this may mean facing emotions that you have suppressed or may not even recognize.
• You are accountable for your journey: what you put in will be what you get out. We will provide the best tools, resources and guides but the outcomes really depend on your input. Show up ready and willing to play 100%.
• It is your responsibility not to project any uncomfortable emotions that may come up onto the group and to be accountable for your process. 
• You support one another during and after the trip. We are building a community of like-hearted humans who share the same desire to learn, grow and evolve. Supporting one another will make this journey much more fun and enjoyable.

• If cancellation takes place more than 60 days prior to your departure date, any payments made will be refunded, less your deposit.
• If cancellation takes place between 30-60 days prior to your departure, you will receive a credit towards a future retreat. 
• If cancellation takes place less than 30 days prior to your departure date, 50% of your payments will be forfeited and 50% will be credited towards a future retreat. 
• The trip is transferable if YOU can find someone to fill your spot.
