Welcome in the New Year to feel fresh, energised and inspired for all 2024 has in store for you. A relaxing & blissful 4 days of deep dynamic Qigong & nourishing Yin Yoga with Wendy, Sue & Sharon in beautiful Montville, on the Sunshine Coast.
The Golden Whistler is a private property set on lush acres on the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Wake up to glorious sunrises, birdsong & the ancient healing practice of Qigong as we start the day immersed in nature. There will be plenty of time to explore, soak up the sun, swim in the pool, have a spa or sauna. Chill on the deck with a book or a cheeky glass of wine. Finish the day deeply relaxed after a restorative Yin Yoga practice.
