Anna and Amber will set the tone for your weekend of exploring what it means to digest.
Life as we know it has changed rapidly with technology and stress. We see how this has impacted society and how hard it is to digest our emotions and our food. Everyone you talk to these days is having a hard time whether it be with stress or having sensitivity to foods or both.
Many complaints Anna receives as a health coach range anywhere from gas and indigestion, to brain fog and depression. All being tied to the food we eat and how we assimilate it in our body through our digestive tissues and the way we digest the action in what is happening in the world around us.
Amber’s experience recently with her students includes a lot of joint pain,
frustration, and tiredness.
We invite you to fully relax this weekend and learn how yoga,
meditation, Ayurveda and food can help you choose what's right for your body.
Amber and Anna want to teach you techniques you can have for life in helping combat these inevitable symptoms of life in the real world.
This retreat is different from the others because it will really focus on resetting your body, mind, and spirit through movement, breath, diet, and Ayurvedic oil self massage.
This is a list of what you will receive on this 3 day retreat:
5 Yoga, breathwork and meditation classes with Amber
5 meals curated to gently help the body rest and detox by Anna
1 cooking lesson with Anna
1 Self oiling Ayurveda and yoga class with Amber
2 nights in a private Luxurious home in the countryside of Michigan
Supportive gifts for take home that will help you continue the gentle reset
Yoga will be accessible for all levels and the food will be vegetarian. This is not a weekend of
starvation or caffeine elimination. There will be 3 large meals a day and plenty of coffee and tea at your disposal. We want you to rest, reflect, and digest so that you can thrive.
We might encourage you to cut down on caffeine, but we do not want you to suffer in any way. Food will be plant forward and full of fiber which can sometimes be challenging to digest if you haven't done a little prep. A week before the retreat it is helpful to drastically cut down or eliminate these things from your lifestyle:
This is not required but it is suggested to help your body get the most out of the weekend.
