Many complaints Anna receives as a health coach range anywhere from gas and indigestion, to brain fog and depression. All being tied to the food we eat and how we assimilate it in our body through our digestive tissues and the way we digest the action in what is happening in the world around us. Amber has been teaching yoga for over 16 years and has thousands of hours of training.
Amber leads yoga workshops and retreats globally, holds a poetry degree from Columbia College, and is a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Anna Jackson
Anna is a certified health coach and home taught chef. She works with woman on their hormonal imbalances. She hosts yoga retreats that focus on enriching the relationship that women have with their bodies and the food they choose to consume. Anna is also a certified micro-dosing coach who loves connecting women to their innate nature.
