Join Yoga Instructor, Nicole Belica and Private Superfood Chef, Kristen Brogan for a yoga and food experience designed to blow your mind and taste buds. This all-inclusive yoga and food experience is located at in Yuca Valley, CA near the world famous Joshua Tree National Park.
This Nourished Gathering includes daily yoga, meditation, California fresh cuisine, and space to explore and discover. Nicole and Kristen will be taking the group off site for a desert nature walk/hike at Joshua tree along with dinner at local restaurant. Your experience will also include a healing sound bath, and plenty of space to relax. Most importantly, you'll be with a community to nourish your mind, body and soul.
Flights and travel to and from the airport/resort are not included.
San Diego and Los Angelos airports are about 2.5 hours away from the property. Palm Springs International Airport is about 50 minutes away but flights are limited.
About Nicole Belica
Nicole is a master yoga and mindfulness teacher based in Chicago, IL. Nicole works in the areas of prenatal yoga, doula/birth work, nidra, as well as trauma informed practices. She facilitates teacher training programs around Chicago and mentors new teachers and students. Nicole believes that yoga is a source of stability during the constant change of life. Here are the trainings that got Nicole to where she is today.
About Kristen Brogan
Kristen has served as a private chef to several high profile clients including the Governor of Michigan and Michigan State University's Head Football Coach. She's cooked for celebrities like director, George Lucas as well as NBA players, Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton. As a superfood chef, Kristen sources the highest quality foods to provide her clients with a one of a kind eating experience.
Kristen serves as a consulting dietitian for her family's health and performance company, On Target Living. In this capacity, Kristen provides cooking demos, speaking engagements and wellness retreats for organizations, associations and business executives to help make health a business strategy.
Kristen is the author of Target To Table, Healthy & Delicious Meals One Superfood at a Time which helps people eat healthy without making sacrifices. Kristen believes nothing is off limits when made at home.
Fun fact: Kristen did a two-week intensive yoga teacher training with Nicole back in 2016. Nicole was Kristen's very first yoga teacher and introduced Kristen to the world of yoga.

50% of investment is due on April 30, 2023 with full payment due on August 31, 2023. All bookings are non-refundable.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Most include coverage for illnesses (included COVID) preventing you from travel. We encourage a travel insurance policy including trip cancelation and interruption, baggage, accident, emergency assistance and medical assistance. Life happens and we strongly encourage you to protect yourself and buy travel insurance.
This large shared triple room includes 1 king bed + 1 twin bed. It's recommended to room with friends as it's most likely that 2 individuals will share the king bed and the 3rd will sleep in the twin. En suite bathroom for this trio.
