- Saturday, March 8 travel to airport by charter bus and then by air in the morning and arrive New York, Cashback for Lunch, Free Time in Times Square, Dinner, Group Photo, hotel check-in.
- Sunday, March 9 will be a full day of sightseeing and activities in NYC. Festival Workshop.
- Monday, March 10 will be a full day of sightseeing and activities in NYC. Carnegie Hall Performance!
- Tuesday, March 11 will be a full day of sightseeing and activities in NYC.
- Wednesday, March 12 will be the final day of your trip in New York and then you will take your return flight back to Texas.
Trip Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel more than 50 days prior to your trip departure date, you will receive a refund less the cost of any items purchased on your behalf. Items you will not be refunded if already purchased could include things such as park tickets, show tickets, airline tickets, etc. Once these items are purchased, they are non-refundable. You will also not be refunded the $250 non-refundable Tour-Rific booking fee and the $624 Music Festival fee.
If you cancel within 50 days of the trip departure date, there will be no refunds.
Group Trip Insurance
Travel Insured International offers an optional Student Group Protection Plan with a Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR)* benefit (e.g. Class Failure, Illness, Pandemic, etc.).
*Cancellation MUST be made 48 hours or more PRIOR to departure! You must purchase the optional CFAR benefit within 14 days of the date of initial deposit or payment for the trip is received to insure all non-refundable trip costs. The Cancel For Any Reason benefit is not available to residents of New York State.
Below is a link that will allow you to purchase the Group Travel Protection Plan for your trip. Rates are based on overall trip cost and not age. You will need to enter your full trip cost for accurate coverage. For all plans except the Group Lite you will need to make your purchase prior to final trip payment in order to qualify for the pre-existing medical condition waiver. If purchasing the Group Lite plan you will need to make your purchase within 14 days of your initial trip deposit in order to qualify for the pre-existing medical condition waiver.
