IMPACT Yoga Retreat and Safari

Our week long yoga adventure is focused on the impact of living our lives authentically. When we align our beliefs with our actions we can live life intentionally.

Cultivating our own inner awareness through yogic practices such as meditation, mental/physical movement, relaxation, and joy! This retreat threads together the themes of how to navigate life authentically by using self awareness tools in workshops, guided meditations, and Yoga Nidra. Life is a dance between flow and surrender, the posture classes will also vary between vinyasa, slow flow, and yin.

Join us, and seize the opportunity to witness and empower yourself, cultivating your inner landscape and confidence to reveal your true nature to the world.
