Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. There is so much to see and do! Visit the historic Studio B recording studios, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Grand Ole Opry, ICE!, the General Jackson Showboat and so much more!
· The cancellation date for this tour is October 9, 2024, which is the last day to cancel and receive a refund from Capitol Tours. Travel Insurance is available upon request to help protect your investment, subject to eligibility criteria.

Tuesday, December 3
7:00am Gather with your fellow travelers at Capitol Tours office in West Columbia to prepare for departure to Nashville, TN at 7:30am. There will be a stop along the way for lunch on your own. We change to Central Time between Knoxville and Nashville, TN.
4:00pm Estimated arrival at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. It’s a quick stop to unload the bags and continue to an early dinner.
4:30pm Dinner tonight is at Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen for some good southern cooking.
6:15pm After dinner the driver will take you across the way to the Grand Ole Opry for tonight’s show starting at 7:00pm.
9:15pm At the conclusion of the show, return to the motorcoach and take the short drive to the hotel.
Wednesday, December 4 – Breakfast is included at the hotel
The morning is free to explore the hotel and decorations at your leisure, including a
ride on Delta Boats inside the hotel.
11:30am Time for a fantastic show and lunch on the General Jackson Showboat
3:00pm After the cruise the remainder of the afternoon is at your leisure. Dinner is on your own this evening.
7:00pm This evening we continue with the Christmas spirit as we visit Cheekwood Mansion and Holiday Lights. This is mostly an outdoor event except when taking a self-guided tour of the mansion. Please dress according to the weather and be prepared for considerable walking (approximately one mile).
10:00pm Return to the hotel for the evening.
Thursday, December 5 – Breakfast is included at the hotel
8:00am Depart from the hotel and travel to the RCA Studio B for a guided tour at 8:30am. Hear the stories of some of the great artists that have recorded music here.
10:00am Continue to the Country Music Hall of Fame for a self-guided tour. Lunch is on your own.
1:00pm Time to return to the hotel to have some free time to visit ICE! At 2pm. ICE! is Opryland Hotel’s theme ice sculptures.
5:00pm Tonight we have the Country Christmas Dinner and Show at the hotel featuring guest artists (TBD).
Friday, December 6 - Breakfast is included at the hotel
8:30am It’s been a fabulous trip to Nashville, but it is time to make our way back to South Carolina. There will be a stop along the way for lunch on your own.
6:30pm Estimated arrival at Capitol Tours.
