CANCELLATION OUTSIDE 120 DAYS All deposits returned less any fees assessed by suppliers or vendors.

120-90 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE $100.00 cancellation fee, plus any funds or fees retained by suppliers.

90-60 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE $150.00 cancellation fee, plus any funds or fees retained by suppliers.

60-45 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE $200.00 cancellation fee, plus any funds or fees retained by suppliers.

45 DAYS PRIOR UNTIL DEPARTURE NO REFUNDS. No additions, cancellations, or changes to group configurations can be made inside 45 days prior to departure (substitutions are acceptable)

5:30 am Orchestra students/chaperones have breakfast in assigned banquet room at hotel

6:15 am All orchestra students and directors board buses and depart for workshop (chaperones are not permitted to attend workshop)

6:30 am Buses arrive at the Disney Event Group building. Unload instruments (cases to stay on bus) and set up for workshop

7:00 am Wake up call for all chorus students by chorus chaperones

7:30 am Chorus members/chaperones have breakfast at assigned banquet room at hotel

7:45 am Band chaperones wake up band students

8:15 am Band students/directors/chaperones have breakfast in assigned banquet room at hotel

9:00 am Chorus members/directors and chaperones report to buses, board and depart for EPCOT

9:15 am Chorus members/directors and chaperones arrive at group parking for EPCOT (buses return to hotel)

9:30 am Orchestra workshop ends. Orchestra members pack up instruments, board buses and depart for EPCOT

9:30 am Band members/directors report to buses. Board and depart for Disney Event Group building.

10:00 am Park opens. Chorus & Orchestra members directors and chaperones enter park for the day. Lunch and dinner with dining cards provided.

10:00 am Band arrives at Disney Event Group building. Unload instrument (cases to stay on bus) and set up for workshop.

10:30 am Band workshop "Soundtrack Sessions: Instrumental" begins

1:00 pm Band workshop ends. Band members pack up instruments, board buses and depart for EPCOT

**first workshop choral students be sure to eat lunch before 1:15 pm**

1:30 pm Band students/directors arrive at group parking for EPCOT. Enter park for remainder of the day.

1:30 pm First Workshop Chorus students/directors report to meeting location in World Showcase to meet Disney GTC

1:45 pm FW Chorus students/directors are directed backstage to Studio B rehearsal hall. Enter and set up for workshop.

2:00 pm Chorus workshop "Soundtrack Sessions: Vocal" begins

4:30 pm Following conclusion of workshop, chorus students/directors return to the park for the remainder of the day

**second workshop choral students be sure to eat dinner before 5 pm**

5:15 pm SW Chorus students/directors report to meeting location in World Showcase to meet Disney GTC

5:30 pm SW Chorus students/directors are directed backstage to Studio B rehearsal hall. Enter and set up for workshop

6:00 pm Chorus workshop "Soundtrack sessions: Vocal" begins

8:30 pm SW chorus students/directors return to park following workshop to join rest of group.

8:30 pm ALL meet at designated location around World Showcase Lagoon for evening show

9:00 pm Park closes. Evening spectacular Harmonious begins

9:20 pm ALL group members/directors/chaperones report to buses in group parking

9:45 pm Buses depart for hotel

10:00 pm Arrive at Hotel

9:00 pm Park closes. Disney Enchantment show begins at Cinderella's Castle

9:15 pm Report to main entrance. Ride monorail or ferry (ferry recommended) back to group parking

9:45 pm Board buses and depart for hotel

10:15 pm Arrive at hotel

11:00 Room check by chaperones. Pack for tomorrow's departure

1:00 pm All group members report back to buses in group parking

1:30 pm Buses depart for trip home. Dinner stop enroute at your expense.

11:00 pm Buses arrive at school. Unload luggage, instruments and head home

The kids did a great job but I felt like it was not well prepared as far as timing. There were days where we were so jam packed the kids had no idea what we were even looking at so it was hard for them to digest. Also I would definitely take out Union Station for safety precautions. Two of my kids I was chaperoning were approached by the homeless and one took her money right out of her hand. I immediately took my group out and across the street away from Union Station until we had to meet back up with the group which was almost two hours later. Other parents experienced this as well at Union Station this year and last year.

This trip started off rocky as our bus ran out of gas 6 hours into the drive. Overall it was great to see all of the sites however, there’s lots of room for improvement on how to handle as many people as were in our group to make it equitable. We were in the last bus (assigned) and were always last to get into places. This meant we were either rushed through places or all spots were taken and our kids had to squeeze in any available spaces and never got a chance to choose where and who they got to sit with. A suggestion would be to rotate how the different buses got access to things. Make sure the same people aren’t always going last and getting the left overs. Secondarily - it felt like we were either rushed from place to place OR there was too much time in between. It would be nice to have it be spaced a little more evenly.
