Join us as we party in Panama City!

We are headed to Central America and if you are not aware that they know how to party, you'll find out when we get there! This trip is for Adults 18 and older who are ready to check out a different country and have some fun.

- A Passport is required to enter Panama and cannot expire on or before  August 30th  2025. If your passport expires before this date you must get is renewed.

- Deposits are $100 per person. If you plan to have a roommate, both deposits must be received in order to secure the room

-Travel insurance is NOT included in your  package and you  must purchase it on your own. JB Luxury Travels LLC and their partners DOES NOT issue refunds. In the event of a cancellation, You must use the third party travel insurance provider as a means to receive any refunds(see terms and conditions of the travel insurance provider, Options will be provided once trip is secured.)

-Travel Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You will have 21 days from the date you placed your deposit to purchase cancel for any reason travel insurance. 

-All final payments are due no later than  Feb 7th, 2025. 

- Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee up until the final payment date and $100 after the final payment date for Hotel Only packages. $150 name change fee for flight packages.

-  This form is to book only your hotel accommodations. Flights are separate and NOT INCLUDED. Room deposit must be PAID to secure your reservation and prices are subject to change until deposit is applied.

 
- All travel documents will be sent 21-30 days prior to departure. 

-You must purchase your own flight, airport code is: PTY(Tocumen International Airport)

-All cancellations and/or changes must be received in writing via email only to: janelle@jbluxurytravels.com

* We will automatically send reminder emails to the participants:

• 7 days before the due date
• 3 days before the due date
• on the day of the due date
• "Late notice" 2 days after the due date

*Monthly payments are required in order to keep your booking active (you can pay the requested amount that is split evenly, you can pay more than that amount or less than that amount but a payment must be received each month).

Travel Agent Notes:

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED AND APPLIED. IN ORDER TO SECURE THE ROOM ALL DEPOSITS FOR THAT ROOM MUST BE RECEIVED. IF ONE ROOMMATE HAS PAID AND THE OTHER HAS NOT PAID, THE ROOM CANNOT BE SECURED UNTIL ALL DEPOSITS ARE RECEIVED.
