Welcome to Peace Out N' Paradise, the second annual yoga retreat with Joy Childress and Chelsea Gressman, located in the tranquil paradise of Nosara, Costa Rica. Building upon the success of our inaugural retreat, this year promises an even more enriching and rejuvenating experience amidst the lush beauty of the Nicoya Peninsula.
Nosara is renowned for its pristine beaches, vibrant jungle landscapes, and laid-back atmosphere, making it the perfect backdrop to peace out to. Blue Spirit Resort is situated in close proximity to the ocean near a seculuded beach, allowing guests to bask in the soothing sounds of the waves and feel the gentle sea breeze as they deepen their practice.
Choose between luxurious accommodations designed to provide comfort and relaxation to spacious eco-chic platform tents, to stylishly appointed villas, each room is meticulously crafted to offer a serene sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation. Wake up to the sight of monkeys playing in the treetops and the melodious chirping of tropical birds, as you prepare for another day of self-discovery.
Your days are thoughtfully curated to cater to practitioners of all levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, there's something for everyone in our diverse lineup of classes, including Vinyasa flow, Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, and meditation. In addition to yoga, guests will have the opportunity to explore the natural wonders of Nosara through a variety of adventurous excursions. Embark on a thrilling zip-lining adventure through the canopy, take a surfing lesson on the world-class waves of Playa Guiones, or hike to hidden waterfalls nestled deep in the jungle. Connect with nature as you kayak through mangrove forests, go horseback riding along the beach, or simply lounge by the pool and soak up the sun.

The chefs at Blue Spirit specialize in creating mouthwatering dishes that are not only nutritious but also bursting with flavor. PLATFORM TENT
QUEEN BED
Each has a queen-sized regular mattress and is placed on a platform under a wooden roof for protection against the sun and rain. The Tents are surrounded by nature and close to a shared bathhouse. All linen, pillows, and towels are provided to guests. Guests in the Tents can bring valuables to be stored in the safety box at Reception at no charge

ECO COTTAGE
TWO TWIN BEDS
Shared room with an assigned yogi or requested roommate. The Eco-cottages are beautifully situated in lush vegetation, allowing for a sensual being-in-touch experience with nature. They are simple and natural wood frame structures with screening for natural ventilation. Each Cottage sleeps two people and has a private bathroom with an ambient temperature water shower, or you can use our shared bathhouse with hot water showers. Everything runs on solar powered electricity to provide a comfortable and ecological setting. The Eco-Cottages are situated below the Main Building and within a few minute short hike up a stone stairway to get to the Main Building. Each Eco-Cottage has a safety box large enough to fit a 17″ laptop computer.

HERMITAGE
QUEEN BED
The Hermitage rooms are located in the main building are specifically designed for singles, but can accommodate a couple, providing privacy and elegance, while being budget friendly. Some rooms have seasonal partial views of the ocean or some of the mountains nearby, a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom with solar hot water and A/C. Also available with two twin beds.
Rate includes: $500 non-refundable deposit per week, accommodations and retreat package.

NATURE SUITE
QUEEN OR TWO TWIN BEDS
Cozy cottages with twin beds or shared king for couples, private bathrooms with solar hot water and an outdoor shower overlooking the jungle. They are simple and natural wood frame structures situated on a hillside overlooking the lush vegetation. Furnished for two with a separate enclosed porch and desk for reading as well as air conditioning. The suites are a short walk up the hill to the main building. This is also one of the two room types which offers accommodation for families. Please inquire about family arrangements and pricing.

OCEAN VIEW
KING BED or TWO TWIN BEDS
These rooms have step-out balconies and beautiful ocean views. The rooms are tastefully furnished and provide the perfect space for two people. Each room has a king-sized bed or two twins, with a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning. Ocean View rooms have a safety box large enough to fit a 17″ laptop computer. These rooms are located in the main building on property.

OCEAN SUPERIOR
KING BED
These beautiful Superior Ocean View rooms have a step-out balcony and lots of windows with extraordinary ocean views.
The room is elegantly furnished to provide the most luxurious space for couples or singles. Each room has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom with solar hot water, air conditioning, and an overhead fan.
These rooms have a safety box large enough to fit a 17″ laptop computer. The Superior Ocean View Rooms are located in the main building, reachable by stairs or elevator.
