Triple Occupancy $1,632.00
Double Occupancy $1,759.00
Single Occupancy $2,147.00
Your occupancy rate will be compared with the final rooming list and will be adjusted if needed to match the actual rooming list.
Payments

$300.00 due on November 15th, 2022
$300.00 due on December 15th, 2022
Final Payment of trip Balance due January 15th, 2023

Payments by checking account (0% fee) and credit cards (2.9% fee plus) are accepted at checkout
INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS will be within the group:
A. Written cancellations after the initial deposit is made will be charged a $75.00 per person cancellation penalty.
B. Written cancellations received between 120 days and prior to 31 days of departure will be charged any non-refundable deposits made to vendors PLUS a $200.00 per person penalty.
C. Written cancellations within 60 days of departure will be subject to a 100% per person penalty on total package price unless a substitution can be found at the time of cancellation with any additional name change fees assessed by the airlines.
ENTIRE GROUP CANCELLATION:
Upon the signing of this contract, the GROUP agrees that the GROUP will not change Tour Operator/Travel Agent or travel direct without Educational Travel Tours, Inc. under any circumstances. In the case that this breach of contract occurs, the proportional cancellation penalty clause “below” will not apply and all monies will be forfeited to the Tour Operator in addition to the penalties for financial losses incurred by Tour Operator for empty air seats, hotel attrition and supplier penalties would apply.
Participants acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy upon registering and submitting the trip deposit.

7:50 AM Departure of Jet Blue Flight # 927 for Orlando.
10:32 AM Arrival in Orlando.
Buses depart for Disney’s Pop Century Resort upon arrival.
Hollywood Studios (Park Hop after 2 PM) .
TBA Check-in Disney’s Pop Century Resort.
Students receive $10.00 for dinner.
Students return to Pop Century Resort when theme parks close.
Tuesday, April 25th
Students receive $5.00 for breakfast.
Magic Kingdom (Park Hop after 2 PM).
Students receive $10.00 for dinner.
Students return to Pop Century Resort when theme parks close.
Wednesday, April 26th
Students receive $5.00 for breakfast.
8:15 AM Group photo at Pop Century Resort.
8:30 AM Buses depart for Universal Orlando Resort.
Students receive $10.00 for dinner.
7:30 PM Buses return to Pop Century Resort.
10:00 PM Pizza & Bottled Water.
Thursday, April 27th
Students receive $5.00 for breakfast.
Animal Kingdom (Park Hop after 2 PM).
Students receive $10.00 for dinner.
Students return to Pop Century Resort when theme parks close.
Friday, April 28th
Students receive $5.00 for breakfast.
7:45 AM Load luggage truck at All Star Movie Resort.
8:30 AM Load buses for Universal Orlando Resort.
4:00 PM Buses depart for Orlando Airport.
7:15 PM Departure of Jet Blue Flight # 828 for Newark.
10:02 PM Arrival in Philadelphia.

An Optional Group Travel Protection Plan is available for you to purchase for your trip. The Group Travel Protection Plan inclusions are listed in the downloadable PDF document link below. The rates are based on the entire trip cost and you will need that information in order to receive an accurate cost for the coverage. The premium purchased through the link below will include CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage. CFAR coverage is up to 75% of the non-refundable trip cost.
